Yes it has necessary infrastructure but not of good quality. It has equipments but old. Laboratories and library are well and good. But toilets are not hygienic even they are not regularly washed. Even food is not of good quality.
Quality of teaching is good.I am studying English honours course because it has literature and there are many new things to discover about centuries and their lives. No I don't think so it will ready us for jobs.
Not good at all . Not every student take parts in placements. No of placements are less. I don't know about salary because I never got a chance to take part in this type of placements. And our college is not supportive in this at all.
9000 per year
Almost good
This college has best English and science department
College is at good place with good infrastructure, classrooms are very neat and clean .labs are there .medical facility is also there. Sports room is good and you can go there play games and we do have a gym. But no hostel facility yet but it is still under construction.
I am persuing English hons because i have a keen interest in literature and all teachers of English department are good knowledge and understandable and yes i think my curriculum got updated. You can make good career here and also go for higher studies. The course curriculum is relevant . Faculty members are gentle and helpful
Our college has a placement cell named kryptus. Various companies visit our college to offer jobs to the students. The placement cell is more active and there are more chances to get good placement for students .
Yes i have all the facilities and equipment in my college . Yes we have smart boards ,libraries, sports room and lab too. Yes the living area is clean and food is also hygiene and campus have many garden which is also makes that area clean and hygiene
I am studying BA (H)ENGLISH. Although i was a commerce student and i choose bcom earlier but than i loose interest and choose english honours for new and experience. Yes ,my study Is making me job ready
I am still studying and right now i have no experience in placement and its quality as well as salary package .But as i read and listen from mu seniors, placements are good and students are also happy as well as satisfied.
My cousre cost around 9,000 per year. Yes I totally feel that my money is worth but since my cousre is different. Many other colleges charges high cost so as we compare my cousre cost is good and worth it.
Campus is very good..the area of the college is good but some washroom are the worst. Students can engage in many activities like in dance, fashion, music, art and craft etc. Yes, it is safe and stuff are also supporting.
I remember when i first saw my college in summer I decided to take admission in Kalindi only but then I didn’t get it due to some rules so I sacrifice and take admission in another college of DU but after that i was not happy in that the college I was missing Kalindi so then after I try again in the Kalindi and I get the admission I was so happy and now I am having amazing life in my life..thankyou
The infrastructure of the college was moderate and was not much good. There were lack of facilities that were available in the college in respect of laboratories, sport centers. Also, no wifi or smart boards were available and we relied on books only.
The academics part was average as the quality of teaching was average. Latest development and innovations were not seen to be part of academics as much as we can see in present times. Therefore, it was somewhat fine.
The placements were not good as only limited resources with limited facilities were available within the college due to which there was not quality of placements and process was not so easy. The college was average in terms of support.
The fees was not so high and vale for money could be seen.
The campus life was good in terms of crowd in the college and since it is girls college only safety was somehow seen.
My own experience in this college is neither good nore bad. We have proper classrooms, canteen, labs, sports centre, gym and proper wifi as well. But the problem that we face in terms of infrastructure is that the building need to renovate and college administration not taking it seriously.
I am pursuing political science honours in this college and my personal experience is that the college is generally good in academics. Teachers try to focus on each individual here, they provide them notes as well, keep a regular check on students. Departments organise some valuable seminars to enhance knowledge of students and show them right path of their own life.
I personally did not attend Internship fair that was organised by placement cell of our college. Many companies were there but there were some flaws as well as i heard. First, few companies did not come to provide internhsip for which many students including me were waiting, second the placement cell was not ready properly earlier; they started working for this Internship fair just before a month. So, overall i did not like it much.
Yes its value for money in terms of academics. My course cost 9500 per year. My money is worth because i'm getting good academic thing from this college and guidance of teachers who got more than 10 years experience in this field.
My college is out of campus, its neither in north nor in south. Being honest, colleges out of campus don't have campus feel actually. We mostly engage in seminars, or fests. Students, teachers aren't that supportive but that's what a college is for, we dont get pampering here and its tough to mould us in this environment. My college is in safe area and yes it can handle emergencies like they have a medical room in college where we can go anytime if we dont feel good and the doctor is good.
No, i dont want to add anything but at last i just want to say that this is my personal experience and it can vary from person to person.
The college doesn't have a very good infrastructure to be true. Yes, we have facilities in our classrooms and we also have a library and a sports centre. The living spaces are clean for sure but the maintainance in every part of the college is not upto that level.
I am persuing my B.Sc hons in zoology from here as i was good in science in my school days. The curriculum here is thoroughly revised and updated and we have a got a set of very good teachers to be honest. Academics here is outstanding for any student and each teacher here focuses on every student and helps him/her to get out of it easily.
I don't know actually about placements here because we haven't actually been placed yet. But talking about the placement in commerce and arts , it's very good there. Almost 70% of students gets placed here and the average package that we get here is around 4-5 lacs annually.
The college really makes us feel that it's really been good and we are actually getting out money's worth here. We have different society's here that make us take part in almost every event going around in the country. We have festivals in our college which is like the most important thing that every student wishes to for the stress booster part. The college is awesome.
Campus life here is very good. Students and teachers both show equal interest in studies and thus it makes it easy for the interaction part between us. The the location where the college is based is safe and is almost in the mid-city and so it can handle emergencies too.
The infrastructure is good and the canteen food has improved. Students can find Digi Boards and spacious library along with an Amphitheatre. The sports room is equipped and hostel is being constructed also the ground is good
Journalism is a star course here but the curriculum isn't that good. The teachers are average and also politics is high in the department. The course makes us aware of the recent developments in the field but doesn't makes you job ready as practical knowledge given isnt that good
The Placement Cell is average you can get an placement average around 9000 rupees. Professionals come for seminars and workshop but for resume writing, personality development but placement arent provided according to course
It is somewhere around Rs.21,000 .The worth for money is better than average
The Bank, Gym and Stationery shop is most visited sites heretThe location is safe and a hub for IAS aspirants. Students are engaged in sports and a lot of extra curricular activities like dance, poetry, dramatics, debate ,music and art.
So, I should not say that our college have the best infrastructure but yes it has all the things which are essential. We have quite big classrooms. We have proper neat and hygenic classes. Our whole college is surrounded by the free wifi network for students.
So, Kalindi college has a very good faculty. I am pursuing B.A. Hons Journalism and I must say that teachers are very helpful. The provide you with lots of notes and the way of teaching is also very good. There are many courses this college provides. Teachers are really really helpful and you have quite a big library for students and we web centers. So you will have a great teaching experience here.
As I am about go in my second year I don't have much idea about the placement cells but there is a placement cell in my college named "KRYPTUS". So I have heard a lot about that and the placement which they provide it is quite a active placment cell. Many students get very nice placments from our college. But I think that the placement cell could have improved.
So I'm in B. A. Hons Journalism and my course cost approximately 22,000 per year. In my course we have a proper Media Lab in our college for journalism students. And the teachers are also quite good. Classes are regularly taken. Overall it is worth the money.
We have a big campus. There are so many socities in which students can engage themselves . Dance, drama, music, art, etc. We have sports NCC and lot more exciting things. We have a Gym in our college. There is a very nice cafeteria in our college. So it is quite a big place and you will a very nice experience.
Collge infrastructure is not so gud.below my expectations. No good quality of water and electricity system is not up to the mark. No wi-fi connection works properly.canteen food is ok but space is not very much
I m studying BA.political science honors. Teaching staff is good but not satisfied upto the mark.I choose political science as my carrier option bcoz i want to be an ips officer and i want to be a social activist always.
To be very honest i have never tried or heard about the placements in my college.there is a lack of interest in it.college is supportive at an extent but dont know the exact salary or package about the placement too.
I thnk the value for the money i pay for my course is worth it. there is not so much of hike in the fees .it is affordable for the students.but above all this the system of increasing fees year after year is not appropriate.
My college life as compared to school life is too boring.i m not intersted in collge life at all.yes i love to play sports so i choose powerlifting as my sport in collge and won gold medal at delhi state level.
If we talk about facilities and equipments, our faculty have almost from a digital camera to a media lab.. Hygiene is also ok ok..There is no hostel facilities. Overall campus is average in infrastructure.
Academics part of college is good. As I'm pursuing B. A(hons) Journalism, we got many opportunities like national seminars, conferences and much more. Study material is not only theories but is practical.
Placements of the campus are average. It conducts placement cells and students from different colleges and different streams take part in the placement cell. The average salary offered is about 9k. Overall it's average.
It costs about INR 19,000 annual for B.A(hons) Journalism. I think it's worth as having good facilities for the course and also gives opportunities to students to learn more and more through different activities.
It has best campus for curricular activities like fashion shows, street plays, theatre plays, etc.. Bt not much for sports activities. Location is also nice and is safe too. And can also handle emergencies.
