Wow! What a college I got to spend my life. One of the best Engineering colleges in South India and I hope people know that it is the 3 rd ranking college of Tamil Nadu and if the infrastructure is considered, then mostly the college will hold the 1st place for its beautiful buildings and facilities available. Almost 98% of the students gets placed and even I was lucky enough to attend 4 companies, 2 core companies and I got selected to the final round in one core and an IT MNC company. I got placed in Cognizant Technology Solutions and the interview was the easiest one. And no other college can offer a placement with CTS, the only MNC IT company in COIMBATORE. Hostels are good too. And food is the best part, unlimited and the dining hall is newly built one. Library and average internet facilities are also available. For Aeronautical Engineering, the lab facilities are excellent and so were the well-knowledged staffs. I loved the way my HOD sir, used to teach us. He was very friendly and being an autonomous college, exams are also easier if we studied at a week before the exams.

The college is poor in placements, Depends solely on IT companies for placement. I passed out in 2014 (Aero) where only 8 of us from a class of 65 Got placement offers and that too was from IT companies. Teachers do not have a wide knowledge on higher studies options, guidance is less and you have to self-prepare yourself for the worst later in life. But still, I would rate the college as best in infrastructure, culture, club activities and exposure.

As Aeronautical Engineering course was new to our college, it was tough for the Management to find experienced faculty for us. Compared to other department in the college, our's totally different, it required aircrafts to do practical stuffs.still, we have like 3 aircrafts.It has good Placement records for other department,but ours only limited that too in software field. It has all kind of exposure to experience all kind of activities. Choosing this college will give u great learning experience but careful while choosing the course.

KCT, where you can experience one awesome life. This is not as great as Anna University or PSG, but still prestigious lead by the best management. One of the best infrastructures in Coimbatore and green environment. There is a set of good faculty team who can quench your thirst for knowledge. There is a lot of extra curricular activities available in campus which can improve you apart from academics(which I can 100% assure). KCT guarantees you 100% placements provided you show interest. There are 3 hostels for girls and 6 hostels for boys(few under construction) where you can enjoy your life to the fullest. The campus is a pure vegetarian campus. But they provide very good vegetarian food with excellent canteens. Non-Veg lovers, there are plenty of hotels nearby where you can satisfy wish! The college gives equal importance to both academics and extra curricular activities, so feel free to join to see a changed version of yourself!
