There are separate hostels for boys within the KCT campus. The boys’ hostel has 510 rooms that can accommodate around 2088 students. There is a common area facility like dining area, lobby, washrooms, etc.

There are separate hostels for girls within the KCT campus. The girls’ hostel has 264 rooms that can accommodate 1216 students. There is a common area facility like dining area, lobby, washrooms, etc.

There is an eight bedded hospital (Aruljothi Medical Centre) in the KCT campus with 2 doctors and nursing staff.

There are separate gyms for men and women students and staff laid out in an area of 2400 sq. ft. with the latest equipment.

The central library in the KCT campus owns 107534 volumes and 67598 titles and has a subscription to 8829 online international journals, 186 print journals and 59 magazines. It provides access to e-resources and printing. 

The 23 acres playfield in the campus is meant for outdoor games and sports such as hockey, football, cricket, badminton, volleyball, tennis, handball, throwball, etc. 

A large number of personal computers cater to the academic needs of all the departments on the campus. 256 Mbps internet connectivity is available in the campus from Airtel internet service provider. There is a CAD lab with 120 PCs used by departments involved in designing structures, vehicles, equipment, etc.

A spacious and trendy cafeteria in the campus offers delicious food and snacks in a hygienic environment to students and staff. High-quality vegetarian food is prepared in the cafeteria. Bakery items and fresh fruit juices are also available in the cafeteria. Canteen timings are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm on working days.

The KCT campus has an air-conditioned auditorium with a capacity of 1800 seating used for all events and functions.

KCT has a number of buses, cars and vans for the conveyance of students and staff. The buses operate at different routes around Coimbatore starting between 6:30 and 6:45 am.
