All these three colleges are among the most aspired colleges by students. Therefore, the cutoff stays very high and 435 isn't enough to meet their requirements if you are from OBC.

You didn't mention your caste but if you're from general category then it's pretty difficult to say if you'll get a seat in Maharashtra through state quota. Usually the cut offs ranges are above 500 but since Maharshtra has more seats therefore there's a possibility of the cut

yes as you are from maharastra and kasturba college is also under maharastra state you can get admission through your maharastra state quota.
