Academics
ECE are approachable and explain concepts clearly, especially in core subjects like Digital Electronics and Communication Systems. The college follows the JNTU curriculum and conducts regular internal tests, assignments, and lab sessions to keep students on track. The theoretical foundation is solid. However, the curriculum would benefit from more practical, industry-oriented projects and workshops. Improving hands-on learning opportunities and increasing interaction with industry experts would further enhance student preparedness
College Infra
The MRCET campus is spacious and well-maintained. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and smart boards, and the ECE labs have the required kits and equipment for practical work. The central library has a good collection of textbooks, journals,

B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2028-01-01
Academics
am currently pursuing my degree here, and the overall academic quality is quite balanced. Most professors are highly knowledgeable, deeply experienced, and always willing to help students outside of class hours. However, the curriculum feels a bit outdated and would benefit from more practical, industry-oriented projects. The college regularly conducts internal exams and assignments to keep us on track. While the theoretical foundation is solid, improving hands-on lab sessions would make this program much more impactful for career readiness."
College Infra
College Infrastructure ReviewThe college campus features highly spacious classrooms equipped with modern digital smart boards and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity. The Electronics and Communication Engineering department boasts well-maintained, advanced laboratories with up-to-date microprocessors, communication kits, and simulation software. Additionally, the central library offers an extensive collection of technical journals, reference textbooks, and digital learning assets. The campus also provides excellent sports grounds, clean seminar halls, and a spacious cafeteria serving hygienic food options.
Campus Life
Hostel rooms are clean, well-ventilated, and comfortable. The mess serves hygienic, nutritious, and varied meals.Round-the-clock security ensures a safe living environment.Common rooms provide great spaces for recreation and socializing.Excellent sports facilities cater to both indoor and outdoor games.Annual cultural fests create an energetic and vibrant atmosphere.Diverse student clubs help develop leadership and technical skills.Frequent seminarsThe green, sprawling campus provides a peaceful study environment.Strict anti-ragging policies ensure a welcoming atmosphere for freshmen.A highly diverse student crowd promotes great cultural exchange.Supportive seniors and peers make transition to college life easy.
Placements
college provides decent placement support, but the core preparation needs an upgrade. While the theoretical foundation is solid, the curriculum feels a bit outdated. It would significantly benefit from more practical, industry-oriented projects and hands-on lab sessions to better improve our career readiness.
Value For Money
The college offers standard facilities and education for the fees charged, but it does not feel exceptionally high-value. While you get the basic degree and infrastructure you pay for, the lack of top-tier resources and modern preparation tools leaves room for improvement. Overall, it is an average return on investment.
