MDA Institute of Polytechnic has a library facility for all students. The library has a decent collection of books, journals, and research materials, catering to the academic needs of students and faculty.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The laboratories offer a practical approach of learning to the students.

There is a canteen for the staff and students to refresh during college time. The canteen has a modern kitchen with the latest appliances to provide for Indian and Chinese cuisine. The interior is tastefully crafted to provide the much needed relief and soothing environment.

The college has a total of three computer labs, with thirty computers each occupying an internet connection and necessary practical equipment for the students.

The college students go for some sought of recreation and most of them go for sports, one or another. Cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton are some of the external sports played, while other students go for internal games, eg, TT, chess, etc. Facilities provided by the college: Two volleyball courts. Badminton court. Playground for cricket & football. TT tables. Colleges organize various inter-college competitions like football, cricket, chess, TT, etc. The winners are accordingly facilitated.

The college Stationery required for academic work is provided by paying the prescribed charges. It is compulsory for first-year to third-year students. In our Institute premises, the Co-operative store provides day-to-day engineering materials required for the students, such as Files, Drawing Instruments, a Mini Drafter, a scientific calculator, Stationery, etc., at a competitive price.

The college provides Adequate transport facilities have been provided for the students to reach the institution from Latur to Kola. The institute has two buses for students, which are used for short tours and technical visits.

 MDA Institute of Polytechnic has a health center with a student first aid facility. The institute has a wheelchair facility for the physically handicapped persons. It also organises blood donation camps and health checkup camps on a regular basis.

The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The hostels have basic amenities like wi-fi, water supply and spacious rooms.

 MDA Institute of Polytechnic has a separate girls hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The hostels are provided with all the basic facilities.

 The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. The auditorium is spacious and well built to accommodate a large number of students.

MDA Institute of Polytechnic has a gym facility for the students. This is for the physical fitness of the students. The gym is properly built and has necessary facilities.
