Nice infrastructure . The infrastructure of miranda house is awesome. The buildings are beautifully designed. And classrooms and corridors, labs each and every thing is perfect we just love the infrastructure.
Nice way of teaching. All the teachers of are college are literally nice they always teach like a friend . And everyone is concerned about studies of all the students as there no offline mode this time that's why .
In our college there are lot of opportunities to develop our skills related studies , sports , dancing, singing and everything which is going on today's time . They provide opportunities related to all activities.
in today's time everyone knows that it's a time of great inflation so according to this the fees structure of our course is fine. It doesn't give any burden on anyone. Anybody can afford this fee at a time .
Not experienced yet . As there is online mode so we haven't yet experienced our real college life as we know Only about its location so the location of miranda house college is awesome in a nice area.
No
The infrastructure is very awesome. I'm specially in love with hostel garden. The buildings are beautifully designed. The classrooms, corridors, auditorium, labs , library etc. are up to the mark. You get home like vibes there.
The quality of teaching is excellent. The teachers are very supportive and understanding. The syllabus is also good and apart from academics, I really liked the different societies of the college. These societies give us a chance to learn and explore a lot of new things.
The quality of placements is good. The science courses get good salary packages. The placement process is very easy and smooth. Also the placement of Miranda house is very supportive and it works very efficiently.
Maths hons costs around 18 K per year. Yes, I feel that I'm getting my money's worth.
My whole first year has gone in online mode. But still my experience is very nice. When I visited my college, seriously it was jaw dropping. If it has been offline then I'm sure I would have enjoyed my college life more beautifully.
Studying in India's number 1 college is awesome. It makes me feel that yes I have something special in me. There is no drawback of studying in a girls college instead you gt more opportunities to explore and learn from this world
It have all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments.there us wifi facilities in all lab.sports centre of the college are very efficient.they all are well maintained. The living space us neat and clean .food is enough hygienic.
I am studying maths, English and computer science because I love this subject and I find them quite interesting and logical and personality building.the quality of teaching is good. All the facilities are updated and available .my study can make me self independent.
Placement of our college us best.the students got 75 prcnt and above got good placements. Highest salary package is 3lakh per month and it goes to computer science hons. Placement process is not so pleasant but college support us a lot.
It costs 34000 per year.it getting worth because I am getting quality education.
Debate society and sports are best in college and engage us.
It's amazing at sports and gardening is best here. Canteen is also good
Basic infrastructure in college is good with decent bathrooms. However, classrooms lack functioning projectors and air conditioning in the extremely hot Delhi summers. The classrooms should have working projectors as presentations can become very difficult.
Was a student of literature in UG. Literature is a multidisciplinary subject that offers varied perspectives of things around us - past, present and possibly future. The curriculum could be more inclusive of minority literatures with more options in electives.
Placement in college is average. The scope could be more diverse and inclusive of different career options and streams. The cell seems a little dead at times. More fairs and seminars could be conducted.
Definitely value for money. Being a central university, the annual fees is very less compared to private institutions. The teachers are dedicated and generally helpful hence learning environment is conducive.
Campus life is great. Being in North Campus, it is a very student friendly atmosphere with many adjacent colleges nearby. It is generally safe with extra personal caution required in cases of theft or nuisance on the streets.
The college has a beautiful and well equipped library. We've a canteen, a cafe and some great hang out places. Miranda has one of the best architectures when compared with other colleges. I miss it so much.
You will find some great professors not all of them would be amazing however. Classrooms are great, there are seminars held and Miranda is very regular with classes. It's almost like a school when it comes to regularity
I don't have a lot of idea about the placements as I didn't sit for any because I was planning a masters. I'm aware that there is an active placement cell that keeps updates on the opportunities that one has
There is no better way to put this but this part is ridiculous. It's not a food joint. It's a college and it's amazing. If you get in just take it because it will offer you a beautiful space to know and grow. The fee is minimal depending on courses.
It's bright green and vibrant. Life in Miranda in an alternate universe or at least for me it was because I had some good professors and amazing friends. I miss the fests, competitions, canteen, lawns everything.
Not really.
infrastructure is amazing with a lot of greenery and it has everything like wi-fi facility, labs and classrooms which are full ventilated with proper wooden furniture and projectors . MH is awarded as the most beautiful college of Delhi University and has been a shooting location for several movies like half girlfriend , fukrey , raazi etc.
Quality of education is up to par and it is one of the top colleges of India and offers a lot of exposure . The college follows the curriculum as per the latest curriculum of University of Delhi and the college is full of various opportunities in different field, it gives an environment for oneself to grow.
The placement cell of our college is average , the placement package is 3-4 lacs . The internship facility is also provided by the college every year and internship fair is conducted and many reputed companies are invited for the same but commerce and humanity students gets more placement than science students.
Definitely value of money .The fees is super affordable considering it falls under University of Delhi and offers the best courses in different fields.
Campus is quite diverse where you meet a lot of people from all over the country. The societies of the college is a place where you can discover various things by being a part of it.
It is a dream college for many and i would definitely recommend this college if you're getting admissions here.
Surroundings are covered with green trees, green grass and an amazing and hygiene environment. Its worth taking pictures no matter where you are in the campus. Classrooms are so neat and clean with proper ventilation and smart boards.
I am currently doing BA eng honors at Miranda. Trust me it is one of the best decision that I had made. Teachers here are so supportive and caring. No matter how much they are busy, they will take out time to clear your doubts. In online classes as well, they give their 100% to make student understand the topic.
Placements here are good as almost every student gets placed. But it is more easier for students from technical background to get placed more easily. I have heard that our course placement is very good from other graduated students. But I am not sure as right now I am not placed.
Our course fee is 15000 per year which is not that much high. Its worth taking admission in this college as it provides you with every facility ,every experience, hygienic environment and every such thing that a student expects from his/her college life.
Campus life at Miranda is great as it provides you with abundant of knowledge from course, practical experience and from societies. Students can take part in sports competitions, represent their college, take part in debates and much more activities that build their self confidence.
Life is amazing here. Do take admission in Miranda House.
I can say it has the best infrastructure among all colleges of Delhi University, the campus is always neat and clean. One of the fascinating features of MH is its library which is well structured and equipped with books, magazines and periodicals. Classrooms are always neat and clean.
B.A Hons English. In my department all teachers were very supportive. They taught us really well. I am not sure about curriculum updation part but the course has surely taught me important things and issues related to life and society.
Not sure about quality of placements but college has its own placement cell and various societies which can help students in many ways. Not sure about salary part but one can surely get the best opportunities here.
15k
Had best memories.Teachers were very supportive.
Best college to be a part of.
Miranda House has one of the best infrastructures in the varsity. Though there are issues everywhere, MH proved to be worth its rating for the most part. The space is green, clean and absolutely worth capturing, no matter where you are in the campus.
Known for its impeccable English faculty, MH was the best decision I could’ve made. The curriculum maybe archaic for several reasons but the faculty lives upto the mark and ensures a lifelong learning experience.
Placements are usually good for technical courses and are competitive however the scope for theoretical courses maybe slightly limited. Nonetheless, the opportunities are plenty and students are well trained to handle their jobs.
Considering it falls under University of Delhi, the fees is super affordable. In fact, it gives much better services in comparison to other colleges in both north and south campus. The cost for a day scholar ideally does not exceed INR 20,000 p.a.
Best features of MH are well-known to the country thanks to its picturesque landscape and infrastructure. Besides premises that have attracted several Bollywood movies, the location is highly accessible. A walk away from the metro station and is equipped to handle emergencies of all kinds. Students engage in clubs and societies ranging from dance, singing, sports, social work etc.
Miranda house has been ranked 1st in NIRF ranking for consecutive three years in my tenure. And no doubt, it well deserved it. All are classrooms weren't AC equipped, some were, some weren't. The college is one the most cleaned and hygienic college in all of the north campus.
BA Hons English. In my department, all the faculty teachers were one of a kind. They taught us really well. Im not sure about the curriculum updation. I'm also not sure about job ready part but my course did teach me some really important life issues.
I'm not sure about the quality of placements. There are placements from our college. It depends on the students as well as their batch too. Sometimes there are good companies sometimes not. Yes our college is supportive.
Our course cost around 15k per year.
Outstanding
Had best memories
