The campus of Miranda House is among the best in all of Delhi University. The classrooms, amenities, library full of books for English literature majors, and landscaping makes for an inviting and restful environment on theMarinda House property. There is Wi-Fi and basic services to use; however, there are very few spots to stay on campus in the available hostels. The food served in the campus’ canteen is great and the
The Faculty of BA English Hons is supportive and very knowledgeable. There is a curriculum of classic and contemporary literature that enhances critical thinking, as well as the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences. The majority of instructors encourage students to be engaged in class through discussions, presentations, and research.
Placements are fairly average in humanities courses, however, there are options for students to gain work experience through internships, as well as taking part in various workshops and career counseling. After graduating, students will typically pursue either a postgraduate (MA) program, a career in content creation/writing, teaching, journalism or study for competitive tests.
Good and affordable fees.
Campus life chill and engaged societies.

Miranda House is honestly a really nice college to be in. The infrastructure is really good and aesthetic. The campus is very green and clean. The classrooms and library are really good. And my favourite part are the lawns, me and my friends are always.
The faculty is quite good. Many teachers are really helpful and explain the things properly. They are friendly and approachable to the students. But I feel like some teachers are not supportive and considerate.
Miranda House placements are decent, but not something extraordinary for every course. The college does have a placement cell, and good companies do visit the campus. One important thing is that not all students sit for placements, because many prefer higher studies like masters or prepare for other exams.
Your college life completely depends on the people you meet. My initial experience was not good because I felt people around me are very boring. But now it's better. There are many societies and events, so college life doesn’t feel boring.
Coming from a coed school, initial days were difficult. And I will not say that I completely like the all girls thing today, but its better than before.
My college infrastructure is very impressive and college friendly. The classrooms are so crazy and study friendly like we love it . The open lawns of our college is sometimes used as a open classes we can sit and learn.
I am here in this college because of its high quality teaching and experienced proffessors. All the proffessors are so trained and well qualified. And according to me our curriculum is updated and also includes all the recents development in all the fields.
We have a good placements in our college for our future internship and work experience. Like am currently doing philosophy hons and our college provides and directly placements after graduation with the package of 50,000+.
Our college is a government institutions and has very low value for money which very good for the students who come to DU with big dreams and aspirations. I feel like I am getting my money worth it properly because of its low course cost per year.
This college gave me my best experience from its societys through which I got a chance to join the unit which provides a expose to social services. NSS MH is such a great place to explore our potential .
The college is very good and the infrastructure is also the best but the water quality is very poor. Some of the professors are very good and they teach well but some professors do not care about the syllabus and just come to the class to show their faces. I come from home and do not eat outside food, so the food and hygiene is excellent for me but it is very bad for the other PG children, they do not get proper food and many times they remain hungry.
I'm taking Hindi honors, and I really like it. I actually wanted geography, but I'm currently studying it as a minor. All though entire system is absolutely useless, and it ruined my entire summer vacation.
The honors I am doing do not involve placement, so I do not know about it. But I do not know about the other children; perhaps they do, because the college is well-known, and I have also seen events related to it, so it does happen. But there is no chance of my honors being mentioned in Hindi.
The admission fee is very high and so is the rent, so we are financially very disturbed and our mental health is also not good.
I have got very good friends who support me, so my campus life is very good.
I want the fees to be a little less and the professors to understand us a little.
The college has all the necessary facilities required like Air conditioned classes a well maintained library laboratories with all the necessities hostle facility and a full wifi campus. All the students have the access to these facilities and the are well maintained throughout.
The course that I have chosen is philosophy and the professor here are outstanding who are always ready to solve your queries and help you out with all they have. The curriculum is updated and it obviously includes all the recent developments.
The placement quality at the college is good.Well I don't have much idea and data regarding the placement cell of my college till now but overall it's good as much as I've seen. The placement processes as I've heard are quite pleasant and obviously the college is supportive.
The campus life at Miranda House is amazing you can do all what you want with full freedom and can persued your passion without any hesitation. The teachers students and people here are good and ultimately thus campus is going to bring the best out of you if you equally go for it.The campus is safe location is cool and college has all the things prepared to handle any emergency.
This is an outstanding college with excellent facilities. Classrooms here are very up to date and well-kept, while the library has an excellent selection of both print and digital materials (over 25,000 books, 10,000+ journal articles) making it one of the most comprehensive in this region.
At Miranda House, the academic programs are of an exceptional standard. The teaching staff consists of qualified teachers with a wealth of knowledge who are willing to assist students in any way they can. The curriculum is comprehensive and frequently revised, and aims to provide both theoretical knowledge and analytical skills.
Overall, Miranda House has good placements for a student pursuing an Arts Degree. There are limited placements for students who are pursuing an Arts Degree with Core History; however, many of these students work in Content Writing, Research, Teaching/Trainer and Corporate etc.
Miranda House is a good option in terms of cost because it belongs to Delhi University and provides a quality education at an affordable price. The education at Miranda House is worth the investment because of the range of experiences, educational opportunities, and resources available.
One of the best things about attending Miranda House is experiencing campus life firsthand through participation within its many societies, clubs, and cultural activities.

Infrastructure of my college is quite impressive, giving very vintage vibes. Majority of the classrooms are properly air conditioned and ventilated. Our college has pretty good canteen as well as cafés, moreover hygiene is properly maintained.
I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Arts in Eco major, I am studying this course cause I have a deep interest in the subject economics. My curriculum is updated and contains all the required developments.
Miranda house is popularly known for its placement. Although, I am a first year student and didn’t have enough knowledge about the placements. But the knowledge I get from online platforms and my seniors is that Miranda ranked 2nd in placements overall India. The societies of my college are very active and supportive.
The fees of my course is 18000 per annum. I think it is worth the money, because compared to private universities it is very cost effective. Although, PGs are more preferred than college hostels in terms of price and services.
Our campus is very engaging as many startups came for their promotion. Different kind of activities like dance, singing and theatre plays happens frequently. The teachers are supportive, they understand the problems of students. As our college is only girls, safety is the first priority. Recently, our college got a bomb threat, despite this the administration was successful to safely evacuate all the students.
Miranda House has excellent infrastructure with well maintained classroom a huge library and clean surroundings. The campus is green and peaceful , which creates environment for studying . The campus is so beautiful and vibrant with many activities .
Academics Miranda house are strong and well structured , especially for MA english. The faculty is knowledgeable and supportive and the curriculum covers both classic and modern literature.Regular descision and assignments enhance learning through teaching methods can vary across professor.
Placements at Miranda House are average especially for MA english student . While some students get opportunities through the placement cell , many prefer higher studies teaching and competitive exams.
Miranda House offers great value for money as the fees are affordable compared to the quality of education provided. With experienced faculty , strong academic reputation and excellent campus environment , students get good exposure and learning opportunities at a responsible cost.

Infrastructure is very good and very maintained. Classrooms are clean and comfortable. The campus is beautiful, green, and peaceful. The library has good collection of history books and has good seating space for students.
Academics at Miranda college are strong and focuses on deep understanding of history. The course includes a lot of reading, writing, and analysis of different historical perspective. Professors are knowledgeable and supportive, but you need to study regularly to keep up with the syllabus.
Placement are decent but not very high for Arts students. Some students get roles in research , content writing, NGO ,or teaching. Many students go for higher education like PhD. Some of them go for UPSC or other competitive exams.
Campus life is one of the best parts. There are many societies, cultural events, seminars, and fests. You get good exposure and overall development.
Infrastructure is beautiful and well-maintained. Classrooms, labs, and library facilities are very good. The campus is clean and green. Overall infrastructure is good, but some buildings need renovation.
I am studying B.Sc. Physics Hons. Academics are excellent and well structured. Professors are highly qualifying and very supportive. The quality of teaching is very good. The academic environment is very motivating that can be clearly visible through its consistently high NIRF ranking every year.
Placements are decent but not very good because courses are mainly Arts and Science. Many students prefer higher studies, research, or competitive exams instead of campus jobs. That's why placements are little lower.
The annual fee for my course is about Rs. 30,000.
Campus life is very enjoyable and amazing at Miranda. Being in girls' college, it feels safe and gives a sense of full freedom. Societies and sports are also very active in my college.
