MIMR Mumbai Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

MIMR is an institution, MIMR has structured its admission process so that only the best get selected for the postgraduate management programmes, especially the Master of Management Studies (MMS) course. The MIMR admission process is as per the norms of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. The academic calendar is more or less in accordance with that of the University of Mumbai. Usually, MIMR admission process starts in the first quarter of the year and classes start in August-September.

One needs to cross the gateway of MAH MBA CET to seek entry into the MMS programme that remains the central theme of MIMR. It is indeed an entrance test which is considered the most critical selection process that assists the authority to analyse the student's aptitude towards management studies.

To get admission in MMS in MIMR, a student is required to do the following procedure.

1. MAH MBA CET: It requires one to be registered in and take Maharashtra MBA Common Entrance Test. Generally, it occurs in March and in 2025, the date will be between 16-18 of March.

2. MAH MBA CET Application: 

• The applicant is advised to log into the official MAH MBA CET website.
• Fill an online application form.
• Attach the required documents
• Pay the application fee
• Submit the application

3. MAH MBA CET Results: Results usually come out a week or two after the examination.

4. MIMR Application:

• Following the announcement of the MAH MBA CET results, Eligible applicants may submit an application to MMIR for consideration.
• Log in to the official website of MIMR 
• Fill in the MMIR application form
• Submit the required documents

5. Methodology for selection 

• Selection will depend entirely upon MAH MBA CET scores only.
• Group Discussions and Personal interviews, etc., (the institutes may have an additional round.)
• Merit list and Admission Process
• MIMR will prepare a merit list considering the selection criteria
• Selected candidates will be provided with admission 
• Acceptance and Fee Payment
• Accept the MIMR admission by the due date
• Pay the fees to the institute to confirm the admission 
• Document Verification:
• Report at the institute for physical document verification
• Complete the MIMR admission formalities

The two-year full-time MMS course at MIMR has an intake capacity of 120 seats. MIMR admission to the course is conducted based on the candidate's performance in MAH MBA CET. The other information related to rounds of group discussions and personal interviews is not known. Altogether, the fees for MMS amount to Rs. 279,200.
