About NPTI Nagpur

The National Power Training Institute, Nagpur, was established in 1975 by the Ministry of Power, Government of India. The Institute has been awarded grade 'A' category-I according to the norms and criteria set by the Central Energy Efficiency Agency (CEA) guidelines for thermal, transmission, and distribution fields. The institute offers a wide range of courses in the power sector, including undergraduate and PG diploma courses. The National Power Training Institute is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities to impart quality technical and managerial training. The candidates should appear for MAH CET for undergraduate courses.

Admission to postgraduate diploma courses is based on performance in the previous academic year. The NPTI provides placement services to students.
