NPTI cannot guarantee 100% placement. It is also not possible for any institute to give a firm 100% placement guarantee, as it depends on market conditions and student performance. However, NPTI has a well-equipped Training and Placement Cell (T&C) that has, in effect, almost fully placed PGDC batches for a long time.
