Now i am pursuing BTech chemical engineering at parala Maharaja Engineering college Berhampur there are chemical engineering is the best and very cooperative branch and there faculty also friendly and helping nature motivator. Yes my curricular updated as like recent developments in the field I like my branch and my study cirrccular. Yes this study is always job ready all branch have 2 to e way to getting job but chemical engineering is this type of course and graduation all type of company is need chemical engineering branch student so many type of jobs are there before completion the course.
College Infra
Yes, my college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment to support both academic and extracurricular needs. The classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and comfortable seating, and the library has a good collection of academic resources, journals, and digital databases. The labs, particularly for science and technology courses, are modern and well-maintained. There's also reliable Wi-Fi across the campus and a dedicated computer lab.
Sports facilities like basketball courts, a football ground, and indoor game rooms are available for students. The hostels are decent with good security and hygiene, and the cafeteria offers a variety of food options at affordable prices. Overall, the college infrastructure supports a productive and comfortable learning environment.
Campus Life
My college campus is a vibrant and welcoming environment with a perfect balance of modern facilities and green spaces. The best feature is definitely the academic infrastructure—state-of-the-art classrooms, well-stocked libraries, and high-tech labs. There are plenty of spots to study or relax, with beautiful outdoor areas and a spacious student center. The campus also offers excellent support services, including career counseling, academic advising, and mental health resources, which are always easily accessible.
However, the campus does have a few drawbacks. Some of the older buildings show signs of wear, and there are occasional Wi-Fi issues, especially in the more remote areas.
Placements
Yes placement quality is there in my college. 70% of student placed also me. Highest package is 3.5 lpa. Avg salary os 2.4lpa. yes placement process is very easy and moderate. My college placement group and also my faculty is very supportive to how get placed students. How early crack job. And placed.

I am studying Chemical Engineering. Because Chemical Engineering are the best platform for someone that helps to develop new ideas related to verious field like, Oil & gas, pharmaceutical, research and development, plastic company, chemical laboratories, paper and pulp industry etc. Yes the curriculum is updated and updated.
College Infra
We have the best class room with smart board display for students understanding the lecture by vedio with more effectively. We also have a central library and boys and girls hostel rooms, canteen, and other laboratories.
Campus Life
The college campus is full of different plants that creates a good environment. The campus having 2 playground, open GYM.The students are engaged in different clubs.The bonding between the students and the teachers are excellent.
Placements
The best company are offering job opportunities for students like Adani, PPL, A1, Hetero etc. Above 80 percents students are engaged in different companies. Salary got by the students are 3.5 to 4 lakhs.
Value For Money
The course cost per year is 30000. Yes looking to the teaching skills, sports facilities and library and other it is monkey worth.

I am studying b. Tech chemical engineering because I am interested in this field and I choose it because I interested in pharmaceutical and oil refinery allied industry. The teaching quality of faculty is excellent. Yes and I sure our curriculum is updated and include all the recent developments in the field. Yes my study makes me job- ready.
College Infra
There have all the necessary infrastructure like sufficient classroom with comfortable Furnitures and well equipped labs and equipment and green expensive and sports field in our college.
In class room smart boards and screen are provided and in laboratories safety kits with fire extinguisher and safety things are provided and in library ever category of book will provided and in hostel hygienic will maintain .
Campus Life
The college campus is very best. The different club activities which will engage in all students.
Placements
Quality of placement at your college is on an average. Till now 40% of students are places. The highest salary package offered by Nicco (5LPA) .
Yes the placement process easy and pleasant for me. And also supportive
Value For Money
Per year my course cost is 29600.

Should i go for it?
First, congratulations on your offer at PMEC. PMEC is a great choice if you are interested in core engineering and want a government/PSU job letter. PMEC is a government-backed college and also very affordable. But like every college, it also has some drawbacks, like if you want a CS/IT-based career, you shouldn't choose this college because your branch and college don't provide you much exposure. But if you don't have any problem with this drawback, you can choose it without any hesitation.

I am out state candidate from west bengal with jee main rank 530000 so i am available for pmec berhampur under all India quota
With a JEE Main rank of 5.3 lakh and as an out-of-state candidate, you have a good chance of getting core branches like Mechanical, Civil, or Metallurgy at PMEC Berhampur under All India Quota.
However, CSE/ECE is not possible at this rank.
