Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences provides a number of amenities to the students on campus, a hospital for practical training is a major one. UG and PG students in their final year need to practise medicine as part of their curriculum and this hospital helps them to learn various medical procedures through practical insights under the guidance of senior surgeons and residents.

RIMS College has a different department for each course led by specialised doctors. Common rooms for boys and girls, well equipped laboratory, an auditorium, and separate hostels for both boys and girls. Medical/Hospital
The meedical facilities at RIMS raichur are available for students and staff at Super Speciality Hospital and RIMS Hospital. Emergency Kits in each hostel have a 24-hour ambulance service.
Library
The college has a library facility for all students. The library facilities at RIMS Raichur provide access to learning resources in different branches of medical science.
Sports
The college provide indoor sports facilities like Table Tennis, Carrom as well as outdoor sports facilities like Volleyball, Cricket, Football, and Tennis.

College Infrastructure

Aur college have a the necessary infrastructure and facilities and other requirements. Classes are also well built and can accomodate 150 students.Well ventilated lecture halls and also smart board are present.
