The College Central Library is intended for use of the students, researchers and faculties of the institute as well as medical staff of Raiganj Govt. Medical College & Hospital. Centrally air-conditioned library (on 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor of Administrative Building, Raiganj MCH) has been functioning since 2018. Free Internet facility is available for the Library users at central library & Scanning facility is also available. Raiganj Govt. Medical College Central Library is situated on the entire 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor of the Administrative Building, Raiganj MCH occupying almost 2180 Sq.m. area. There are four reading rooms and the seating capacity of the library is 366 as per the guideline of NMC for 100 U G intakes per year. The reading area of the students has been separated into two segments one inside reading room and another outside reading room (up stair) with 100 seating capacity each. The reading area for the faculties and PG students’ contains 45 seating capacity each in the inside of the library.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
