According to your question i would consider best college among these on the basis of some factors which is-
1- placements
2-infrastructure
3-Faculty
As per the placements is concerned undoubtedly vidhyabharyi college of engineering and technology Pune is a better one to choose as the median salary is 5L which is higher as compared to Rajarshi shahu college of engineering.
In infrastructure and faculty too vidhyabharti is a better one to go ahead with.

Hello,
Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering was established in 2001. The institution is approved by AICTE and id affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. The college has NAAC A grade and the UG programs of the college are NBA accreditation. The college offers UG courses in Mechanical, electrical, civil, IT, ECE and computer science engineering. Also Diploma , MBA and various M.Tech courses are also available in the college. The college hold good placement record. The average package offered for the B.Tech candidates is around 4 lpa.
