• Candidates qualifying for the entrance exam will have to appear for group discussion and personal interviews.

• First, candidates should meet SIM Kottayam PhD eligibility criteria and then apply at the portal APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram.
• Fill out and submit the KTU application form. Then, eligible candidates have to appear for a common written test.
• Candidates who qualify for the written test have to appear for an interview. (Note: AICTE QIP/NDF scholars and candidates with CSIR/UGC JRF fellowship do not need to take the test and interview).
• Selection will be done through common written tests and/or personal interviews as decided by the university from time to time.
• For Saintgits Institute of Management Ph.D admission, candidates have to submit the documents and pay the course fees.

SIM Kottayam FPM Admission Process 

• For admission to the Saintgits Management Institute FPM programme, candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria.
• Fill out and submit the Saintgits Institute of Management application form.
• For admission to the FPM course, the candidate should have qualified UGC or CSIR NET/ Institute entry test, CAT/ KMAT/ CMAT with a minimum of 25% score.
