IMI Delhi offers limited on-campus hostel accommodation to students. All hostel rooms are fully air-conditioned. Hostel accommodation is made available on a first-come-first-served basis and at the discretion of the Institute.

Students admitted to the two-year PGDM programmes who receive on-campus accommodation will need to add Hostel Fees as per the room allotted to them along with the Mess Fee.

SIM Kottayam also provides hostel facilities for girl students. The hostel rooms are available for single occupancy and have attached bathrooms and all other modern facilities. Free internet is also provided in the hostels.

The institute has an on-campus medical clinic, which provides free primary treatment to the students and staff members.

The institute provides gym facilities for both boys and girls students. The gym also has a trainer to guide the students.

Saintgits Institute of Management library facilities include a large collection of printed and online resources, which include textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers, magazines, e-books, e-journals and many more. The library is fully automated and is installed with software like Prowess IQ by CMIE, SPSS-20 ProQuest and JGATE to ease the daily administrative work.

Various indoor and outdoor sports facilities for sports like volleyball, football, basketball, hockey, cricket, tennis, table tennis, carrom, etc are provided by the Saintgits Institute of Management sports department. Students are also encouraged to participate in various sports for physical and mental well-being.

The institute has a well-maintained IT infrastructure. It controls and manages the networking of the entire campus.

SIM Kottayam cafeteria facilities include hygienically prepared all time meals. The cafeteria serves fresh meals to the students, staff and faculty members at reasonable prices.

The institute has a huge auditorium. The auditorium is used for multipurpose activities like organising events and seminars.

Saintgits Institute of Management transport facilities include a fleet of buses, which ply between the campus and several parts of the city. Students and faculty members can use the facility on nominal charges.
