Hello Amar, No, it is not in maharashtra. UPES is in dehradun, uttarakhand state. If you are selected in the entrance exam, then you will be required to go to the dehradun campus in order to study. There are hostel facilities available, so don't worry about accomodation. There is no interview procedure as far as i know. you are provided admission on the basis of your performance in the UPESEAT.

yes, upes university dehradun is good college for mba.this college offers a 2-year full-time MBA with a total fee of Rs. 11.57 lakhs.

According to last year placement records around 70-80% of the total batch was placed with an average package of  Rs. 5 lakhs per annum approx.

UPES provides BBA in foreign trade, the duration of this course is three year.

Eligibility is having passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks at 10th and 12th Standard.Even, appearing students in 10+2 can apply, however they will be given provisional offer letter

We all know that UPES has a high reputation in the corporative world and has good placements record. Many companies will visit the campus every year. Minimum Salary package that offered to an M.Tech student is 4 lakhs per annum and the maximum package is 31 lakhs per annum ( International placement) .

For b.tech:

·         The scholarships are awarded purely on academic merit cum means.

·         25% of tuition fee for Boys and 35% for Girl students in the first year is awarded.

·         Students can continue to get the scholarship in the upcoming semester if they are able to secure SGPA of 8/10.
