Last year the cut off for SMS Medical College, Jaipur was a rank of 1537 under 85% State Quota. So, based on this it is difficult for you to get a seat in SMS

Hello hanuman26011984 , From some research on internet I found that the cutoff of Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Medical College for state quota obc NCL is about 40th percentile which is about 133 to 107 cutoff score.
