In neet 2019, 556 marks was the lowest marks that was required for sc category for getting a  seat in  SMS Medical College, Jaipur  and  533 marks was the lowest marks that was required for sc category for getting a  seat in Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner  under Rajasthan State quota

But cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should target at least 550 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination to get into Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner and 570 marks for  SMS Medical College, Jaipur

do ask your friend also is there any reply to them and check out that date when the allotment of college after the counseling was set to declare.

so if the date is passed and you haven't got any mail or message that fairly means you are rejected but some coellge keep few seat and put student under waiting list and release that at last so may that be also the case here.
