According to NTA guidelines, Your Passport size photograph should be size: 10 kb to 200 kb Post Card size photograph should be 4”X6” Size: 50 kb - 300 kb. Upakul, you cannot make any edits in the uploaded images unless notified by NTA to do so. Even if your ears are not clearly visible in the photograph but your face is clear, you are good to go if NTA does not notify you to make changes.

Also you do not require sign with the photo. There is another field for uploading your signature. Although you are required to have the date on which the picture was taken on the photograph.
