Academics

Some teachers were good and some teachers were bad at teaching, there was no practical application in teaching even though our course was mostly supposed to be practical, they taught us only theory, they just opened the ppts and read that.

College Infra

So I went to this college during covid so didn't experience the full extent of the extent of the infrastructure available in my college. I know that in my college there is no sports ground, there was one but it was very small.

Placements

So there were placements in other branches but not very much. In our branch civil engineering there is no placements and both the college and students were responsible and covid was mostly responsible.

Enjoyed my 3 years and going for 4th.

Academics

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree from Sinhgad Academy of Engineering. Academically, this college is well-regarded for its strong curriculum and focus on providing quality education. Syllabus is completed and college gives good time for studies.

College Infra

College campus is big in terms of land. It has all facilities like gym,mess, hostel, libraries etc. gym equipment are not maintained. Hostel wife doesn't work. Mess food is of very bad quality. But library is well equipped with books. College also have small ground. Laboratories are well maintained with all equipment.

Campus Life

Campus Life is very good and entertaining. Hostel feel like movies. Amm

Placements

Placement for some students. Average package is of 4 to 5 lakh. As all sinhgad Student are eligible for placement, competition is tough. But companies like Accenture, Tata, infosys comes for placement. Company like NVIDIA also came for placement.

Value For Money

College fees is 1.10 lakh per year.

Academics

Academics were great in The F.E but as soon as it's SE now it's all jumbled since there are now Professors leaving so to counter that problem they have removed the 75% attendance compulsion due to which most of the students are not attending lectures

College Infra

College infrastructure is good but not great at all, the washrooms including boys and girls both stink and very very unhygienic like they can't even but an air freshner, the computer's we use for labs are probably from 2005 or near that era cuz they lag a lot and the keyboards are either missing keys or full of gunk.

Campus Life

Campus Life is Great, Lots of Open and helpful People even seniors are very friendly and make people from different cities/states easily Transition into comfort, hostel rooms lack a little renovation but over great

Placements

Only service Based Companies come to hire and since our clg is a central branch the placement rates are low and packages are lower most get 4 LPA while some get higher than that, overall good but could be better

Value For Money

Academics are good, placement are good even Annual Fest like Techtonic or Sinhgad Karandak are Huge events that People gather to take part in. There are also Sinhgad Olympus in which there is Inter Branch competition in cricket, volleyball,chess etc
