The placement opportunities in the college are decent, especially for students from computer science and IT-related branches. Many companies visit the campus for internships and placements every year. The training and placement cell conducts aptitude tests, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and soft-skill training to prepare students for recruitment. Students who maintain good academic performance and technical skills get better placement opportunities. The average package offered is satisfactory for freshers, and some students also receive higher packages through off-campus opportunities. Overall, the placement process is smooth and the college provides good support to students.

Placements at Sinhgad Academy of Engineering are decent, especially for Computer Engineering and IT branches. Around 70-80% of eligible students get placed every year through the centralized campus placement cell. Top mass recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, and TCS frequently visit the campus. The highest package offered generally goes up to INR 18-20 LPA for tech roles, while the average package hovers around INR 4 LPA. The overall training and placement cell is very supportive and conducts useful mock drives, though competition remains tough because students from all Sinhgad campuses participate together.

So there were placements in other branches but not very much. In our branch civil engineering there is no placements and both the college and students were responsible and covid was mostly responsible.
