All facilities are available but the campus is out of city so kinda boring... basically every department has separate building all the lab facilities are available ...sports facilities are available but you have to bring your own kits
Descent... Better than other colleges or Banglore .... mvit and dsce are of similar level and have similar placement records ... Faculties are descent ... you've to cover most by yourself ... But in the end you'll get placed if from ece ... but you have to work for it
Good for cse ise and ece ... average salary around 4 lac ... but you have to work yourself to get internship ...seniors are cooperative and help you go get skills ...and if you're having good skills you'll get definitely placed
The College has a canteen, football ground, cricket ground, and many more free area for playing and hanging out. But, cricket ground is mostly occupied with other School teams' official tournaments or some other official matches, So we are not able to play on it mostly and football ground is not maintained well. The remaining things are good but we have only a few shops around our college and we have to go to hunasamaranahalli to buy our daily usage things.
There is no restriction on attendance and students come on their own choices if they want to and everything is chill. Students with even 5 percent of attendance get good marks without getting into any trouble. There are some subjects of no usage to students such as Kannada.
I am in Computer Science and I believe that almost 95 percent of students who apply to sit for placements get a job but most of the students get a job of 3.5 lakh package which is not a very good package.
North Indian students pay around 2 lakh rupees per year for four years to get a degree which does not have a good reputation. It sometimes feels like wastage of money spending so much amount every year and we guys do not even go to college.
Campus life is Ok Ok because there is absolutely nothing to hang out around our campus. It is located on the outskirts of Bangalore city around 30 km from the main city. College is surrounded by villages and there is no place to hang out around.
Classrooms are equipped with ACs, projectors and WiFi. Whole campus have access to high speed WiFi. Hostel have lift. It also has various rooms for gym , table tennis , TV etc. It has great ground. Mess food is average. College is equipped with good medical facilities. We have well equipped labs along with neat and clean campus.
All the teachers are PhD holders from various IITs. They have excellent experience in their field thus clear doubts in practical way of understanding. Our course curriculum is also relevant so that we can be prepare for industries.
About 90% of students from core branch got placed grabbing maximum package of 30 lacs by media net and lowest package offered 5-6 lacs per by companies like tech Mahindra etc. We have recuriters like cognizant, TCS , Amazon offering around 10-15 lacs per annum. We also have Google, facebook like big MNCs in our recruiters list.
I took admission through government quota thus I pay around 75 k per semester which is average or more when compared to NITs . For management qouta, students have to pay around 1 lacs to 1.5 lacs per semester which is huge in my view.
We have a huge ground to develop our sports skills . We have well equipped labs to develop our practical skills. Thus we can grow our skills in which we are interested . We also have various fests and events including sports tournament in which we enjoy a lot. Faculties and staff members along with seniors are helpful who guide us the way for our future journey.
