Very bad foundation, the buildings are very old they could do a renovation to the entire building there is lots of greenery making it a very old infrastructure they need to reconstruct or renovate the whole building.
The college infrastructure is very poor, its old quality buildings might even break down any second since its a very old institution the building is very old they need to redo a lot of construction ..
