YES SIMSREE  accept ATMA scores..& But from ATMA score they have Approx 2-3 seats..Approx Cutoff in ATMA score is 99.5+ percentile.

& ATMA 2019 may exam score will not considered In the admission of 2019-21 batch..You must have to appere in 2018 for 2019 Batch admisson.

Yes you can apply for simsree. But for backup of management colleges  I would suggest you to keep other good colleges as an options like Christ University, Bangalore. As your graduation score is not that good so there might be chance of not getting  shortlisted.

As per the DTE Maharashtra notification Mumbai University MMS Colleges; Pune university MMS colleges or all other universities affiliated MMS colleges will accept only MAH CET , CAT  and CMAT score for the seats filled up through DTE Centralized Admission Process (CAP)

The cut off of CET is different for Home University Seats (HU Seats) and Other Than Home University Seats (OHU Seats). Assuming that you meant OBC category, the approximate cut-off percentile last year were as below:

JBIMS 99.5 (OBC HU)

SIMSREE 98.81 (OBC HU), 99.5 (OBC OHU)

It would be difficult as expected cut off would be 99+
