Academics

Teachers are helpful. Apart from teaching this course, they look at student's understanding and clear their doubts very patiently. Teaching quality is excellent The course curriculum is relevant, and it does make the student ready for industry, only if the classes are taken offline with all the laboratories facilities. Semester exams are really tough. The pass percentage is around 10-27%

I am studying MMS in Operations. The quality of teaching is average as there are only a few professors which are very skilled. Focus is done on other parts of the academics. The curriculum is too old but now they are trying to make it better. I does make us fairly ready for the jobs.

The institute has very good visiting professors for most of the subjects who are industry experts who bring in a practical point of view. The faculty is also shared by other management colleges in Mumbai like JBIMS.

Will SIMSREE , PUMBA accept ATMA june 2025 for their MMS programme?

For their MMS programs, SIMSREE and PUMBA do accept ATMA June 2025 scores. A valid score with a cutoff of 99+ percentile on tests like the ATMA, CAT, CMAT, or MAH-CET is required by SIMSREE. With a cutoff of approximately 95–97 percentile, PUMBA also accepts ATMA, CAT, CMAT, or MAH-CET.

A bachelor's degree with at least 50% of the possible points is required (45% for Maharashtra's reserved categories). Apply online at PUMBA or SIMSREE using the DTE CAP procedure.

The admission process for the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and M.M.S programmes at the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies Research and Entrepreneurship Education is the same. Candidates must take the CAT/CMAT/MAH MBA CET to be considered for admission to the programme.
