Infrastructure development' has been the government's topmost growth agenda in the recent years. Involvement of private sector in developing and financing infrastructure has necessitated a demand for engineering professionals, who also have good exposure to domains of demand analysis, regulatory and governance framework, legal & policy guidelines, environmental & social issues, tendering, bidding & contractual management, etc. Hence, there is an urgent need of a large workforce of professionals having comprehensive & multifaceted skills for Infrastructure Planning, Development & Management.

SCMHRD’s unique program 'MBA - Infrastructure Development and Management' aims to ‘Build Capabilities to Make Infrastructure Happen’. The course content blends SCMHRD's proven legacy of management education and a curriculum that has been designed by Industry experts. The course is exhaustively designed to deal with various issues and challenges in the development of infrastructure in India. At the same time, it provides a strong grounding in general managerial aspects like business strategies, supply chain management and business laws. Students are given the opportunity to specialize in select functional and sectoral areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any Engineering Stream (B.E. or B.Tech), or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), or Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan.) from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade 45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates]. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience.

Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes

A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The concession in marks at graduation for SC/ST candidates does not apply to International candidates.

Admission Details

All Indian students are required to register and appear for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP), No candidate is entitled to seek admission to the MBA Programmes of SCMHRD without a valid SNAP score.

The infrastructure of the college is well-maintained and the facilities are appreciable. The classrooms and libraries are wonderful. the hostels are beautiful especially Dahlia hostel. the living spaces are also clean and the food is hygienic.

The college facilities are amazing and the infrastructure is beautiful with good buildings and trees. The classrooms are smart and air-conditioned and the hostels are of amazing quality. The libraries are nice and the sports centers are well-maintained. The living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.

The infrastructure of the college, the classrooms, hostels, libraries, sports grounds, etc. are well-maintained and they provide you with the best overall development at SCMHRD. The smart boards function properly and the classrooms are huge in terms of space. Talking about the food, it is nice and the living spaces are clean.
