Academics
Most of the teachers are backed up by industry-related. Their teaching is a mix of theory and practical knowledge. They also provide us with the best placement opportunities and help a lot with case studies. The syllabus is well-laid-out and up to date concerning industry needs.
College Infra
Knfrastructure is great and well taken care of. The campus has modern classrooms with projectors and digital boards. There are library buildings with abundant collections of books, journals, and other digital resources. Campus-wide Wi-Fi is available, and the hostels are nice and have good facilities.
Placements
The Placements at SCMHRD are simply brilliant. Our batch saw almost 95% of students being placed. The highest package escalated to approximately 22 LPA, while the average hovered around 14 LPA. The lowest package offered was about 7–8 LPA.

I was studying here my masters in business administration in Human Resources. The academic part of the college is excellent with outstanding professional and experienced faculties. The curriculum was also updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.

Symbiosis Centre for management and Human Resource Development, Pune has an world class infrastructure with all the necessary facilities and amenities like air conditioned library, large auditorium, centrally air conditioned classrooms, sports ground and much more.
Placements
The quality of placement in symbiosis centre for management and Human Resources Development is up to the industry standard. I remember that the highest package offered here was around 8-9 LPA. The teachers was also very supportive and guide us for getting a better placement.

I am currently in VIT Bhopal and pursuing 1st year B.Tech in CSE(AI/ML) and I want to change my college to Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune after my 1st year as I am not liking the environment of this college and the study pattern is also not. Will somebody tell me it is a good decision?

Transferring from VIT Bhopal to Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT), Pune after the 1st year is possible but needs careful thought. SIT Pune offers a good academic environment and placement record, especially in CSE and AI/ML, but transfers depend on seat availability and academic performance.
