The SCMS, Nagpur is just a year old but the infrastructure of the college campus is breathtaking. The college is situated away from the hustle-bustle of the city spread in a large area. Luxurious college hostels are in the campus itself. We have a huge mess inside the campus which caters to all the students at all times, a gymnasium too with a trainer, a huge central library, a daily needs store, a stationery shop, a cafe, a sports complex, futsal turf and basketball court. Clasroom is spacious.

I'm doing a BBA programme as I have an inclination towards commerce and desire to mould my personality to develop a strong management base for my future endeavours. Most of the faculties are excellent with an average of 15 yrs. of experience in the industry, which makes our learning process easy and appealing. The curriculum is updated with full effort vested upon the inclusion of current news and developments during class discussions by faculties. Considerable practical exposure is still a need

The inception marked by the institute a year back doesn't qualify the institute to testify the quality of placements. Backed by the coveted tag of Symbiosis International University and the past chronicles of a surging trend in the delivery of dreamed placements across the several other branches, hopeful speculation to get into a prominent company, is all that flutters around in mind.

The annual academic fees of Rs. 2,39,000 is to pay in 2 instalments. A concession in the fees is provided to the Nagpur domiciled students. Since it's been just an year so I may not justifiably answer regarding this worthful parameter. We still have a lot of facilities to be developed on our campus that can be useful for the students. Only when the college functions in full-fledged condition, then we can understand our money's worth. But SCMS Nagpur is the best commerce college in the Nagpur.

The college campus is really beautiful and being away from the hustle-bustle and rush of the city, the campus is peaceful and serene. The architecture is breathtaking and commendable. Students enjoy sports like football, basketball, table tennis, carrom etc. Zumba sessions are held for students along with faculties. Gymnasium is available for free of cost. A walk around the campus in the evening and night time is peaceful. The crowd at the college is mixed with a few international students.

Yes, all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments are available. All the facilities are used and well-maintained. Living spaces are clean and good quality food is being provided by the mess to the hostellers and for the day-scholars, as they have to pay an extra fee to avail the service.

I am studying BBA but cannot figure out the right domain to choose in the specialization courses. As of now, teaching quality is good, later on, it might get better. Not completely sure about the curriculum as it barely includes the recent developments in it. Maybe, this course makes me job-ready but I am much self-dependent student than the one who depends on teachers and college.

As this is the first batch so can't answer clearly but can draw some assumptions that it might be good as the college has a link with many big companies and the students grasp this incentive with a prominent tag of SYMBIAN.

The course charges Rs. 4,70,000 per year including the hostel and mess facility. Still can't figure out the real value we paid as many developmental works of construction are being carried out and the main return of investment from the placements we will be provided with is yet to witness.

It's a great campus to be in, it's partially ready, basic amenities are available like basketball, volleyball and futsal courts, the library is also ready. No worst feature as of now. Students are great at their calibre, teachers guide them pretty well, staffs are also cooperative. Road conditions outside connecting with the city have developed, hence emergencies could be handled better.

Yes, my college has the necessary infrastructure, everything suffices our needs. Such infrastructure involves air-conditioned classes, projectors, mic for the teachers and the most essential part is the WiFi which runs extremely well. Absolutely, the food is hygienic, but not that worth mentioning because they aren't that tasty or enjoyable but are hygienic.

I am studying BBA from SCMS Nagpur. I am doing this because I wanted to pursue a career in management line. Indeed, the curriculum is definitely updated and includes the recent developments in the field. It does make everyone ready to face the competitive world and to outshine the others.

The quality of placements is indeed good. Since this is the first year for it open, the number of companies visited were less than expected. But the packages and opportunities the visited companies gave were appreciable. Only this ye are will all the PG students be placed when the teams finally arrive with a final round of placements. Around 14-15 L, packages were offered. I am in UG course. We didn't undergo any placement procedure. For the MBA ones, the process was indeed helpful.

Our college charges 5L per year approximately for BBA, which makes the total of 15L for the complete course of BBA. Since it's the first year, we are undergoing many compromises. We aren't getting the proper returns for the worth of money we are paying. But through time, my college would definitely grow up and flourish.

My college campus is commendable. It has no words to describe. It's a mini royal world. With 72 acres under its influence, my college has the best campus outlook. Students are fine. Teachers are very friendly and indeed they help us to learn new things apart from studies. My college can handle maximum possible emergencies as well have well-equipped medical services and other amenities.

Yes, the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment are almost done and also was taken care of from the start. The facilities like AC rooms, comfortable chairs and benches are up to the mark. There is even a basketball court whereas the badminton court is getting ready. Library is even there with all the books available, they are all properly used and well maintained. living spaces are much cleaned and food is also hygienic.

I am studying Business Management because I have an interest in these fields, quality of teaching is also very good. Teachers are very intellectual. Yes, the curriculum is all updated and properly given from time to time. Yes, of course, the study of this place makes us job-ready as I am preparing myself to be in the sales field.

The queries based on placements aren't much answerable because it's our first batch and first year so we would come to know after we are placed otherwise at the start it was said that there would be very good placements.

My course costs me Rs. 3 lakhs per annum as I am not a hosteller and am a domicile. Yes, I do feel that I am getting my money's worth because they are providing lots of facilities and lots of activities which are helping us learn with lots of things as this is a very renowned university and we trust them.

College campus is really beautiful and positive, but still, construction work is going on. Lots of activities like different sports and curricular activities, participation in all the functions. Students, teachers and support staffs are really good, everyone is helpful and happy doing their job. Location is also at the outskirt of the city with peace and pleasant feel. The location is surely safe as they have managed to handle. keep all the emergency problems.

We are very lucky to have this college.

Our college is new and has been operational for only one year, so almost all facilities have come upon the campus in this one year. Yes, we do have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities. Our classrooms are state of the art facilities which have all the necessities like WiFi (which is probably the best I have come across ever), starboard, air conditioning, speakers and mike, etc. All the facilities are well maintained. Yes, the living spaces are extremely clean and hygienic.

I am studying BBA and have just completed the 2nd semester. I always had a keen interest in business and it's dynamics and so I decided to plunge and study business. the teaching quality is good but I think there is a huge scope for improvement here. Better faculties are needed. Although the curriculum is up-to-date but more focus should be given on case studies. I do think that at the end of the course, I will be job-ready.

Since our college is still in the initial stage and placement year of the students haven't come yet so a firm judgement based on the placement cannot be made but speculation of a decent package being grabbed by my fellow-mates and me is in the best anticipation.

The course cost me five lakhs a year including hostel fees. Otherwise, it costs around 3 lakhs per year. I do think that the course is overpriced here and it is up to no value for worth the money spend. This is because the college is hugely unsettled or unstructured in the scheme of things that are done here. But I do believe that by the end of our 3 years course, everything will improve a lot over here and the course price would be justified.

The campus life is gradually improving and a lot of new things are coming up. Hanging out with friends in the mess, walking around the academic block during night time, playing basketball with the team are some of my go-to moments. The students here are from diverse backgrounds and we can learn a lot from them. We even have international students. The support staff and teachers are nice and helpful. It is located around 20 minutes from central Nagpur and all the transport facilities are nearby.

Yes, the college has all the necessary facilities like ACs in all the classrooms and hostel rooms, WiFi for 24×7, Gym with all the required equipments and a trainer, canteen (Nescafe) that opens till 11 p.m . They all are well maintained and clean. The food in mess is hygienic and good.

I am studying BBA because I want to go into entrepreneurship journey in future. The quality of teaching is quite satisfying. The curriculum is updated and focuses on all scopes of improvement. No, the study does not make one job ready, you need some experience for it which one can gain by doing internships.

The placements have not been done till now because of the college being absolutely new and this is the first year of the college going on. But our expectations are high, to get a nice placement because of the college being attached with the tag of Symbiosis International University.

Being a host elite, the total amounts that it costs me is around Rs. 5 lakes per year (2.5 lakhs as academic fees + 2.5 lakes as hostel and mess fees), with which I am genuinely not satisfied at all. The value for money hasn't been received here as per the comparison with the fees they charge us because of lack in many facilities like ECA activities, clubs and committees, sports ground and courts, good faculties etc.

The college campus is huge and well maintained. The features include gym, canteen, stationary shop, sports field like basketball and volleyball court. The students are free in the campus till whatever time they want to roam around in night, the life of hostelite is most awesome and I being a hostelite can witness this.

Since, the college is it's initial stage so the college hasn't got all the requirements like badminton court, cricket ground as these are under construction but have got all the other required facilities related to academics and hostel. The classrooms have good quality projectors, hostels have well-maintained rooms with bathrooms and bed. The entire college is covered by WiFi excluding some corners. The mess food is partially hygienic which can be seen in occasional days.

I am studying BBA and am a sophomore now. The faculties are not specific to their subjects as nowadays the same faculty can be seen teaching other subjects too. The curriculum is updated and is up to the mark as it prepares us to face the practical world imparting us more with practical knowledge than theoretical.

The college is in the first year and the final year is yet to come so, we all are unknown about the placements but since the college is under the same umbrella of Symbiosis International University, Pune which has an excellent track record of placements so, we all are in a hope that we could even be provided with good placements.

The total course fee is Rs. 5 lakhs on an annual basis including the hostel fee and mess facilities. The college does have many projects under-construction which hinder us to access some of the facilities and are even worse for the MBA guys as they couldn't enjoy the facilities before they graduate as this is the last year for them.

Freedom is respected at the cost of not harming the dignity and brand of the campus, and the worst is the campus under-construction. Various kinds of clubs and committees have been formed but because of the lack of faculties, those all clubs aren't functioning and is a dead club. The college is fairly safe as it's in outskirts, bit far away from the city.

Yes, the college has every necessary infrastructure which is needed and which are well maintained also. We have all the facilities till date and some of the things are developing. We have a gym as well as the volleyball and basketball ground to play. In our classroom, there are well-furnished furniture as well as the projector where the teacher teaches us. In the whole campus, we have WiFi facilities all over.

I am a first-year student of SCMS Nagpur and I am pursuing graduation in BBA. The quality of the faculty here are very well experienced and their way of teaching is very professional, founding our bases giving the real-life implementations of to the bookish-theories.

As it's a first-year for everyone here, still exploring the academics and life of college so, I can't precisely say anything about the placements yet but an estimation of good placement can be presumed from the placements of the other branches of Symbiosis International University.

The course cost about 2,50,000/- a year. If you are a non-domicile then an extra addition of the hostel and mess fee will cost about 2,40,000/- a year which will accumulate and take up to 5 lakhs approx. Yes, the money is getting very worthful because the facilities which we get are very well-equipped and standardised.

Our campus life is very beautiful because it is spread across a wide area. It is situated in the outskirts of Nagpur city near Bhandewadi Village. The students are very cooperative and teachers over here are very friendly breaking the stereotype norms that used to exist between a teacher and a student.

Our college has a great infrastructure. We have air-conditioned classrooms and a projector for a better way of learning. We also have computer labs with well maintained modernized computer systems to work upon. Talking about the hostel and the food of mess here, both are hygienic. We have 2 small kitchens (Pantry) on each floor of the hostel with housekeeping service and WiFi 24x7.

I am studying a Bachelor of Business Administration at SCMS Nagpur. This brand is something that everybody needs to have with them. The quality of teaching is nice, though faculty may lack sometimes. The syllabus and the content that we are studying is well-updated and is partially job-ready. More of fieldwork is needed to make us job-ready.

This is the first year of our college itself in this city. Placement company had come to college before for MBA placements. Some companies were very nice while some company were just startups. Many to MBA students got placed here. The highest placement for summer internship went up to 50,000 per month. I don't know about the placements for actual jobs yet as it's the first year of this college.

It costs me around INR. 5 Lakhs per year. I don't feel that I am getting the money's worth because the faculty are not up to date and there are no cultural activities around.

The infrastructure of the whole college along with hostel, mess and gym is very beautiful. All the facilities are very supportive of all the students. The students are mostly engaged in playing sports and gyming people here also hang out in front of coffee outlets but inside our college. The locality isn't that much safe and murders are happening around in a month or so though the college can handle the emergencies nicely.

Yes, it does have the necessary facilities required. The facilities are high-speed wifi, laundry facilities, AC rooms in the hostel, hot and cold water for drinking, mess facility and apart from that a canteen which is open till 11 pm. They all are maintained quite well.

I'm doing my Bachelor in Business Administration. The faculty in the college are fine, as it is the first year of the college's operations, you won't see everything as expected, but I feel some more is what they need. When it comes to the curriculum, Yes it is up to the mark, as the curriculum is taken directly from the main branch of Symbiosis Pune. The curriculum we study and learn is done in both a theoretical and practical manner that makes up prepared for the outside world.

Well, speaking about the placements - as this is our first batch, one has to wait for a couple of batches to pass out. And obviously, the first 2-3 years can be a hurdle but eventually, I hope they will improve as it has solid support from their parent branch in Pune. While talking about the average salary during placements for BBA in Pune is about 7-8 lakhs. So, my expectation holds the feeling of around 5-6 lakhs in Nagpur.

Including hostel and mess facility, if we put altogether then it cost around 5 lakhs per annum. If I need to answer it personally then I would give 6.5/10. This is because, when we as the first batch came to the campus they had promised us with a grocery store, Nescafe, a saloon and stationery shop but the college and mess itself were on the building process so for almost 10 months we didn't get any of that facility and now after these many months we have provided with them. For education 8/10.

College is good. The teachers are friendly, students, as far as I know, are friendly and helpful. The one major advantage of SCMS Nagpur is, we have 132 students in total, all of them have come from 17 different states and 4 different countries and that's the best part I feel. The college is located a bit far away from the city area, it's safe as there are around 25-30 security staff all over the campus 24*7.

If you are choosing this college, it's good but obviously if you get SCMS Pune or NMIMS Mumbai for BBA then don;t choose this one and you will know why. But apart from certain backdrops, this college is fine and if we give some more time then this can become one leading college too where BBA and MBA are concerned, as college get good amount of support from Symbiosis Pune
