SIET Dhenkanal provides a hostel facility for first year boys students. The name of boys hostel is Kohinoor Boys Hostel which is located 2km from the campus. The total accommodation of the hostel is 187 students. For senior students, the hostel also has Kailash Boys’ Hostel with a total capacity of 250 students. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 3 students in a single room. The rooms have attached bathrooms.

SIET Dhenkanal also has Shantiniketan Girls’ Hostel with a total accommodation of 289 students. The rooms have all the necessary facilities and three people can be accommodated in a single room. 

SIET Dhenkenal has a medical room with basic first aid and healthcare facilities. The medical room has a trained doctor and nursing staff to provide immediate first aid facilities to the students when required.

The institute has three well-equipped gymnasiums for both girls and boys in three hostels. The gymnasium offers a wide range of equipment such as Bench Press, Cable Cross Over, Preacher, Leg Press, AB Crunch, Dumbbells, and Rubber Plates. Yoga and sports events are also regularly organised at SIET Dhenkanal.

SIET Dhenkanal also has well-equipped library facilities with over 47,238 books. SIET Dhenkanal library is also a member of EDUSAT, DELNET, and MINDSET-AICTE consortium. The library also has a total of 257 journals.

SIET Dhenkanal also offers excellent sports facilities. Apart from regular sports events, institutes also encourage students to maintain their physical fitness through regular health guidance and yoga workshops.

SIET Dhenkanal also has good IT Infrastructure with 7 computer laboratories. A total of 220 students can work simultaneously. The desktop has 100 MBps connectivity to assist in their academic projects and assignments.

SIET Dhenkanal cafeteria offers affordable, nutritious, and hygienically prepared meals. THe cafeteria is available for both students and staff.
