At UIET Chandigarh, in round 1 the closing rank for CSE branch in obc category is 44673. So you are likely to get admission in CSE branch.
As for IT, the closing ranks were upto 77739 and you are well inside this bracket. So you are a top contender for

If your rank is 54878 in EWS category in UIET Chandigarh is unlikely because In 2024 the closing rank for EWS category was 51049 something
However other engineering colleges and branches might be available in your rank
You might have better chance of getting other engineering branches in UIET
