According to the fee structure of VITEEE 2020, the tuition fee has to be paid every year while the caution deposit is a one time payment and is also refundable. After the VITEEE allotment process is over, the candidates will have to pay the required fee within the time specified by the authorities.

there is no btech degree available like computer science engineering with specialization in data science and machine learning. you can learn data science and machine learning from any branch of engineering and there is some mtech courses and post graduate courses available on data science. if you take computer science engineering you may get some advantages for learning data science. as data science is a cutting edge technology most of the colleges does not include it in syllabus. but there is many online courses available if you really want to know about data science.

For your kind information SRM and VIT are same level colleges approximately but Ramaiya is a little lower ranked.

But in terms of placement infrastructure and packages if we have to choose one then I will better go with VIT Chennai.

The college admissions have already taken place and the classes have already begun. You may still have a chance to get a seat only through the management quota. But if any seat is available,through normal admission,  then you will get it as many students tend to drop out every now and then.
