For your kind information SRM and VIT are same level colleges approximately but Ramaiya is a little lower ranked.

But in terms of placement infrastructure and packages if we have to choose one then I will better go with VIT Chennai.

It's academics and all things are phenomenal..

The college admissions have already taken place and the classes have already begun. You may still have a chance to get a seat only through the management quota. But if any seat is available,through normal admission,  then you will get it as many students tend to drop out every now and then.

 For vit pune. you have to written a online based exam VITEEE.you have to register for a exam .and apper it.you have to score a good rank in these exam after that you will have to attained a counsilling .in counsilling you have to lock your choice college vite or branch chemical. these process you would get a chemical branch in vite chennai

To get a seat in vit chennai campus, first you have to gave the online entrance exam that called VITEEE. To gave the VITEEE exam you have to do registration first and gave exam on the scheduled date then after the result they start counselling so you have to fill the counselling then if you have satisfy the rank at particular branch then you get the admission in college. 

The closing cutoff rank for cse branch at vit chennai campus is around 7000 and the marks is around 170 to 200.
