The college has Financial transactions either with the institute or personally are an inevitable part of student life. To provide banking convenience to students, ‘The State Bank of India ‘ is available with an ATM center at the college premises itself with all the necessary facilities, which will further facilitate the students to carry out important banking interactions like cash withdrawal or cheque deposit.

The college library of this institution has a beautiful collection of books. There are about 30000 books which include reference books, encyclopaedias, handbooks, etc. There is also a separate reading section that contains various magazines, National / International journals, periodicals, and newspapers in Marathi, Hindi, and English. It is computerized which saves time for teachers and students in searching the desired books. The library allows direct access for twelve hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with all facilities. The additional books are provided to needy students through book banks and social welfare schemes.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The Computer department has fully equipped laboratories and well-qualified staff. The staff is a fine blend of industry and educational experience. The department regularly arranges Seminars and Workshops for students. The progress of the students is monitored by tests, attendance, and mock exams.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

Students learn to handle various apparatus and to think independently in the laboratory, because of which it is considered to be one of the important places. When students carry out various kinds of experiments, they draw conclusions from their studies, which raise their level of self-confidence and develop scientific attitudes among them.

Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society's Polytechnic, Badnera provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students that help them to maintain their physical fitness. Sports facilities include table tennis, carom, basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton courts. 

There is a spacious and well-equipped auditorium inside the campus. The auditorium is used to conduct various events, workshops, conferences, functions, and many other things.

Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society's Polytechnic, Badnera canteen serves students good quality food at reasonable rates. There is a varied range of snacks and meals to choose from and students, staff, and faculty can enjoy wholesome food.

The college has a separate parking facility for its students and staff members. The students can park their two-wheeler vehicles with complete security.
