The College has a medical centre inside the campus with nurses and a doctor who visits campus weekly and during emergencies. The college also has a first aid facility.

The College has sports facilities for all students. Vindhya has a well-developed infrastructure for both indoor and outdoor sports for the development of a healthy mind in a healthy body.
