Hello Smriti,
The order of preference from the above colleges should be -
1. IMT, Hyderabad
2. Bimtech, Noida
3. BITS, Pilani
This order is after taking into account the learning environment, placements and faculty. IMT, Hyderabad would definitely be a good choice because it comes under the IMT flagship.
Hope this helps you.
All the best!

Hello Simran, you can apply for BITSAT 2019 according to its eligibility criteria. As the eligibility criteria mentions that any candidate who took more than one attempt to clear their 10+2 examination will be eligible. And in that case their latest performance will be considered, only if this attempt was for the full component of the subject/course prescribed.
There are some other eligibility criteria that needs to be fulfilled:
• In your qualifying examination, i.e., 10+2 you should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects with a sufficient proficiency in English, if you are applying for B.Tech courses.
• You must have scored a minimum aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology subjects. Also, you should have secured 60% marks in each of the subjects mentioned.
• There is no age limit for BITSAT 2019, but only those candidates can apply who have passed their 12 class in 2018 or 2019.
Important to note that, the last date to apply for BITSAT 2019 is March 31, 2019.

Hello Tejashree,
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level post-graduate entrance exam that is jointly conducted by the seven IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore for admission to M.Tech programmes offered by government as well as many private institutes.
GATE 2019 was organized by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in online mode on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2019.
As for your question, the chances for Pilani campus are very low but you should get admission in Goa and Hyderabad. You can also try for middle tier NITs.

Hello Anushree,
BITSAT is an online based entrance exam which gives the marks immediately after the test.
The cutoff depends on a lot of factors like number of candidates applied, which campus, which branch.
For electronics last year BITSAT Cutoff was 338 for Pilani Campus 308 For Goa campus and 298 for Hyderabad.
Kindly refer this for more details.

Good morning,
Yes ,it is mandatory to stay at hostel because at the time of admission you have to pay hostel fees as DD along with the admission and tution fees for the entire semester . But in case you're not willing to stay at hostel and you have a genuine reason for that ,then you could talk to Associate Dean of students welfare division and attend college as a day scholar ,but you need to be accompanied by a guardian or parent for this. Thus ,you can stay outside and attend as a day scholar .Hope this is helpful.
Thank you!
Hi Adarsh,
As per my knowledge, MTech. is a master degree course which can be pursued only after you have completed your Bachelor's course on any Science stream.( Like BTech, BSc.) There is no direct entry to MTech. right after your 12th boards. And most importantly in order to be eligible for MTech, you have to pass or clear the cutoff of GATE. So first of all complete your Bachelors degree then score very good in GATE in order do MTech. from Bits Pilani.
Hopefully your doubt is cleared.
Hello Padma,
Yes you can apply M.E in computer science without any problem but one thing you need to remember is that you need clear the BITS Pilani entrance in Computer science stream and you should secure good rank then only you are eligible for the admission in that particular stream which you are interested. all the best for your exam. I hope your doubt is cleared.
Thank You
college infrastructure of Birla institute of technology is vey good as you can see the name Birla as per my experience they are maintain their brand as well as it possible to support their brand they have high smart classes and high smart security to much expensive but very good college .
The infrastructure of the MBA students at BITS Pilani is well-organized and up-to-date. Classrooms are spacious, with projectors and audio-visual systems installed, enhancing lectures. The campus Wi-Fi is satisfactory, though speed reduces slightly in times of high usage. Seminar halls, case study rooms, and group discussion rooms are available for management students.
Nice infrastructure, AC class rooms, clean washrooms, well-maintained campus, pretty flowers everywher, pretty pretty snake path and last but not the least, how can I forget our iconic clock tower haha!!
