When it comes to scholarships offered by BITS, there is no specific form to apply for and it will on the basis of your marks scored in the exam or in qualifying exam.
Students who have obtained 95% or above in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 40% of first semester tuition fee.
Students who have obtained 90% or above but less than 95% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 25% of the first semester tuition fee
Students who have obtained 80% or above but less than 90% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 15% of the first semester tuition fee.

I would suggest Mtech at Bits Hyderabad would be a great choice as IIT Jammu is still in developing stage.
At BITS you will find an exposure to all the current technologies and the environment there is exquisite. It will not only help you academically but also professionally.
The placements are simply too good there and BITS is considered to be one of the best engineering colleges in India.

Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS, Pilani) offers admission based on it's entrance exam BITSAT. Once a candidate gets selected, he has to pay for the institute in order to continue pursing the course. As per the BITS Pilani fees structure, candidates will have to pay Rs 39,800 as admission fee and Rs 1,78,000 for Semester 1 and 2. The fee for 2nd year is 1,94,000, for 3rd year is 2,11,500 and Rs 2,30,500 for 4th year. This is just the tution fees and hostel, mess and other charges apply as per your choices.

Yes, you do have scholarships and aid on basis of merit, first year onwards at BITS Pilani and its Campuses at Goa and Hyderabad. BITS Pilani is the best Private Universities, having a somewhat high fee, jut you do get good concessions second year onward on the tuition fee, provided you secure atleast above 8.5+CGPA in your first year. Remember its tough to secure CGPA in BITS Pilani.
The infrastructure of the MBA students at BITS Pilani is well-organized and up-to-date. Classrooms are spacious, with projectors and audio-visual systems installed, enhancing lectures. The campus Wi-Fi is satisfactory, though speed reduces slightly in times of high usage. Seminar halls, case study rooms, and group discussion rooms are available for management students.
Nice infrastructure, AC class rooms, clean washrooms, well-maintained campus, pretty flowers everywher, pretty pretty snake path and last but not the least, how can I forget our iconic clock tower haha!!
