Yes, you may apply in BIT MESRA ranchi with this score as the cutoff for general in MAT is 320 and for ST/SC is 280.

University Polytechnic, BIT Mesra has application forms of admissions into the previous academic year 2017-2018 on its official website till today. Last year, admission cum Counselling was held on 20th July 2017.
