your rank is really lower to get admission in BIT,Mesra or any BIT. in fact at this rank there is hardly any good college possible. try to score good in other entrance examinations.

kerthana i m sorry to say that its not possible to get the colleges you have told as the rank is high, but you will get the non core branches there will give try if you are interested 

while there are multiple colleges accepting the mains score

For getting admission in BIT Mesra, you should have a rank somewhere around 45000 in the case of HS quota and 35000 in the case of OS quota. So, in both case, you have a chance to get admission. And, you have a chance to get Civil, Chemical,
