BIT Mesra, Ranchi B.E/ B.Arch admissions are done through JEE Main 2018. The cut off list will be released by the official authorities of IIIT after JEE Main Results are announced. It will contain minimum marks, opening and closing ranks for all categories and courses

Please note that you must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent with subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Language and one of Physics/Biology/Biotech/Technical Vocal as compulsory subjects. Additionally the candidate must have scored a minimum of 45% (40% for category students) in each of the mentioned subjects.
But, I feel that you have little chances of actually getting a seat in BIT Mesra, because if the sheer competition and that your JEE Mains marks are too low.

Placements:Placements are fair enough for the finance and marketing branch. In our branch, almost 60-70% students got placed. The highest package was around 7 LPA. The average salary offered was roughly 3.5 LPA. Companies like Byjus, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Tech Mahindra, Axis bank, HDFC Bank, Hyundai and many more companies came.
Infrastructure:Infrastructure is decent. You have all basic facilities available in the campus like medical facilities, sports rooms and a library. The canteen food is really good and cheap except the hostel food. There are good hangout places with friends and moreover, the entire environment is really great inside the campus.
Faculty:The faculty members are really nice and helpful. Especially, some marketing faculty members are very knowledgeable. You will get support whenever you will ask for it. Sometimes, projectors are used for teaching a few papers. You will get fair industry exposure as well, we were taken to Jindal Steel Plant for an industry visit.

You need to pass class 12/Intermediate or an equivalent qualifying exam with 50% marks (45% in case of SC?ST). Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 are also eligible provided they get the required pass percentage at the time of admission.
Selection is based on an entrance test and interview conducted by the institute.

The infrastructure here is quite impressive. The classrooms are well-equipped, and while the labs have the basic tools you need. You'll find air-conditioned classrooms.The hostels are generally considered spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning, and each has its own dining hall. They also have night canteens, which is convenient. The college has a good library, fast Wi-Fi all over the campus, a medical center, and sports facilities. However, a few folks have suggested the cafeteria could use a facelift and that some washrooms might need better hygiene.

College Infrastructure
Classroom are equipped with whiteboard. The labs are adequately maintained. The library has a good collection of books. Our college has well maintained canteen providing quality food. The hostel in our college is decent.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the course and hostels are average. Labs are fully functional and provide all the basic equipment but sometimes they do not work. Hostels are the minus point I think as there are no air-conditioners in the room. The mess food is not worth it.
