which is better between EIE at BIT or Telecom branch at BMSIT&M in Bangalore?

Telecommmunication engineering would be a better option.....however at 10000 rank you can try other colleges too....just check cutoff of previous year from comedk website.

If a student have allotted a seat in frist round at NIT Patna can report BIT Ranchi.

The centre which is given to you only you need to go there. For example if the centre is NIT Patna then you can not go to BIT Ranchi for the reporting.

college infrastructure is big. expanded in 780 acres with lots of greenery we have first rocketry department. we have central library, modern labs, big lecture hall and 2 auditorium, sports complex with multi gym.

College life is whole new world.
