Hi Mohit, the selection of branch depends on your interest. BITS is far better than BIT Mesra. The placement opportunities are not good in BIT Mesra and in eee it is negligible unless you have great coding skills, you won't bag a placement in a good company like Tata Steel,

(C + A) 1 day work = 1/20

The category doesn't work in the fees criteria, it won't give reduction in fees.

So, according to your percentile i.e 72 percentile, you rank will be around 25k+. For mechanical, civil and electrical branches in MIT , the cutoff ranks are 14k, 17k and 6k respectively. So evidently, you don't really have a chance there.
