To get admission in BIT mesra one need to take participate in CSAB counselling. One should also be appeared for JEE main exam. Based on JEE and respective board score CSAB counselling done. Merit list wil be generated and admission will be taken place based on marit.

According to my opinion I would suggest you ece in bit Mesra.

As college is only 4 years partner but branch is lifetime.

Although bit Mesra is also good college and ECE branch is also very good and remanded.

About placement:

Hello student. Both the colleges are really good in terms of quality of education, course curriculum, infrastructure and placements.

In BIT college placemensts are avaerage for ece branch. But when it comes placements, ISE in NIE is better than ECE in BIT or SJCE. SO i suggest you to go for ISE in NIE.

NIE has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice environment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.

All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. As you are from Jharkhand then it's better that you choose or give priority to NIT Jamshedpur first in jossa counseling.
Because NIT Jamshedpur is a government college and is much better than BIT Mesra.
Now if you want to arrange among electrical engineering and electronics and communication engineering in NIT Jamshedpur, then arrange electrical engineering first in NIT Jamshedpur and after choose Electronics and Communication engineering in NIT Jamshedpur.
And always try to give less priority to the private colleges and lastly select the electronics and communication engineering in BIT Mesra.
So, in jossa counseling your preference order must be government colleges to private colleges.

NIT Jamshedpur is a good NIT college, but as per the review, ratings, rankings, and placements record, this would be suggested ranking -

1. BIT Mesra

2. NIT Jalandhar

3. NIT Jamshedpur

4. NIT Patna

In NIT Jamshedpur, ECE will be the most preferred branch, followed by EEE and Mechanical Engineering.

As you have got 380 marks in keam 2020 , you rank would be in between 6000-10000 and as per your percentage in class 12 and previous year cutoff, the colleges you will get are:-

Based on your rank , it is hard to get top branch at BIT mesra. It would be better to look out for Core branch options like EEE, ETC or EIE or non technical branch like aeronautical engineering , automobile engineering , chemical engineering , bio medical engineering .... Etc.
If you want to study CSE/IT then you have to look out for government engineering college. Still if you only have reservation category then only it will be helpfull with assurance that you will get CSE branch.
