Physics covers 25% of the questions in NEET exam, so definitely you can't ignore physics if you want to score good in the exam. But if you score very good in biology and chemistry then a little less score in physics can also be acceptable.

If we talk about study material, then first you have to make your basics very clear in physics as it is more about solving the numericals. For this you have to be focused in class 11th and 12th in physics. Physics can't be done by NCERT book so easily but solving NCERT questions can help you a lot. You can study from different reference books such as that of Pradeeps book for competitive exams - physics or H. C verma physics (if you find allen and akash's content difficult) . You can also practice the questions of NCERT exemplar.

Yes if you start working hard from now and practice physics daily along with other subjects , you can definitely score good or above average in physics. But do not ignore other subjects , that is , biology and chemistry.

The cut-off differs between the home state guy and other states and you didn't provided your home state and for your percentile you can calculate your rank using the formula (100-your total score)*869010/100 for jan exam and if number of candidates for the april exam increased to 1200000 the your final rank shall be (100-your total score)*1200000/100

and you need to secure around 30k to get seat in bit, meshra.

To get admission into BIT Mesra ( Birla Institute of Technology -Mesra, Ranchi ), you need to get a decent rank in JEE Mains. For Computer Science, you should have preferably a rank within 10000 if you are from home state quota and 6000 rank for all India quota. For IT branch, a rank within 15000 should be sufficient. Both the branches have excellent placement opportunities.

Hi there hope you are doing really well. In this rank you can get branches like chemical engineering, biotechnology and civil engineering in BIT mesra if you are a resident of Jharkhand. If you are going to take admission to national Kota it is quite difficult for you to get a seat at this rank. Chances are less but yet possible so please try at least once. Congratulations for qualifying JEE mains examination but sorry you can't get admission in BIT mesra bye just scoring 91 percentile. even for lower branches like biotechnology u have to score near 95 percentile and that also if you are a resident of Jharkhand. true national Kota you must score more than 96 percentile to get admission in any of the branches in BIT mesra. VIT Mishra is a very prestigious college of engineering in the capital of Jharkhand Ranchi. you can get admission in this prestigious college by qualifying JEE mains examination. just qualifying is not enough to get admission in this examination you have to score much better n j e e mains as the cutoff for this college is even higher than many other colleges like many other NIT's.
