In any of the course, you should have scored minimum aggregate marks of 50% in Science Stream in 12th Boards Exam and qualified NATA exam.
So, you easily qualify both the criterias and you will get a seat for sure.

Hello,

As you have mentioned you belong to general category and you have scored 143.5 in NATA which means you have qualified NATA for B.Arch. Any marks above 110 is considered to be a decent score in NATA. According to your marks I think you will be able to get admission into CEPT. The basic eligibility criteria needed for admission is firstly you need to qualify NATA and secondly you have a minimum score of 50% in 12th standard. Both of which you qualify.

Hope you got your answer.

Good luck.

Hello student,

It's difficult to predict the exact cut-off. Cut-off changes every year. It depends on the of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. Cutoff varies from state to state.

However, to get admission in B.Arch you need to clear minimum cut-off score of NATA. Last year the cut-off was more than 150, so to be on safer side you need to score above 120 atleast. Minimum qualifying marks were 80. However, this data is based on the last year's cutoff.

To get an exact idea about which college you might get you can check the link mentioned below

Hello Hemant,

Congrats on good NATA score. For B.Arch course the eligibility criteria is minimum 50 percent aggregate score in 12th with Mathematics or Statistics or Business Mathematics as one of the subjects. Both NATA and board marks are weighed on an equal basis which is 50% each hence the merit  is calculated as 50% of board marks which is 66/2=33 plus 50% of NATA score which is 177.5/4=44.37 which gives you 77.37. The previous year cutoff for candidates outside Gujarat was around 80 . This year it might be the same or mostly higher, it difficult to predict for sure due to increasing competition. It also depends on the no. of seats available. Therefore since you are not from Gujarat chances are less to get in CEPT. But you may get decent college because you have good NATA score. Do not lose hope.

All the best

Dear candidate,

Your normalized score after calculation will be=81.25 . As you have not mentioned any category I will be considering for general category. With your marks you can easily get CEPT .You just need minimum of 50% in boards and 70 marks in NATA in order to qualify . Moreover, with this you can go for other architecture colleges also as you have very good score. You may grab top colleges. So if you want to look out at other colleges then do check the below link.
