Cochin University of Science and Technology is a government-owned autonomous science and technology university in Kochi, Kerala, India. It was established  in 1971 and has three campuses.

APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, also known as Kerala Technological University (ktu) is a state university established by the Government of Kerala. it was established in 2014.

CUSAT is comducted for admission to different streams namely B.Tech in instrumentation technology, naval architecture and ship building and polymer science and engineering. You have to first fulfill their eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for the exam which youbcan get from the link below

After fulfilling the criteria, you will need to register yourself, fillup the form, choose the course, ipload documents and pay a fee of 1000 INR for gen and 500 INR for SC/ST. The process of application and the exam syllabus alongwith important dates are mentioned below. The final admission will depend on the scores you obtain in the examination.

Hello Akanksha, there's no other option because you don't fulfill the eligibility criteria set by the colleges which is you need an aggregate of 50% marks in 12th boards and you need 60% marks in maths to be eligible for admission. You won't be able to take admission. You should apply to other colleges. 

Dear Aspirant the closing rank in cusat colleges is, 

CSE closing rank is 5289.

Merin engineering closing rank is 150.

So it is possible that you can join for the CSE but merin engineering isn't possible.

As per the previous years cut off details, the ranks required for the Admission in,

CSE is below 5200 rank (Approx) in the Kuttand campus.

CSE is below 2300 rank (Approx) in the Ernakulam campus.

Naval Architecture and marine engineering is below 150 rank.
