You will not get any NIT based on your score 10 in JEE Main. I think with this kind of score, you will not be eligible for admission to even the private colleges.
Hey dear gate exam will be now in January and February respectively the forms will be out in September/October kindly wait for coming year .

In the Era of this much competition level, it is impossible to get good College without Scoring good in GATE Exam. Every Good engineering college take admission only on basis of GATE Score.

it's really doesn't matter where are you from ... yes it is true that maharashtra people have more reservation in this collage .... if you want secure set in this collage you have to clear MET CET examination with at least 150 marks according to last year cut off ...or
Fees is around 1-1.5 lakh per year and hostel fees is around 50k per sem. I can get you the full details.

College Infrastructure
The college has good infrastructure with well-maintained classrooms, laboratories, library and other facilities. The laboratories have the equipment required for practical learning. The campus environment is comfortable and suitable for academics as well as extracurricular activities. Overall, the infrastructure is good, although there is still scope for further improvement and modernization of some facilities.
One of the college to look for an MBA degree.
College Infrastructure
COEP has a good campus with a mix of modern and old buildings which gives it a unique feel. Overall the infrastructure is decent and the campus is well maintained. Library, labs, smart classrooms and other basic facilities makes it one of the best college.
No regrets.

College Infrastructure
Very old yet renovating department by department slowly. Classrooms are being developed and equipped with air conditioning, and machines in laboratories are good and efficient enough. The campus is becoming more environmentally friendly, and the library is really good compared to the old one.
