Dear aspirant,

As you said you have got 96.07 percentile in jee mains 2020 and considering you are from defence category with 60 rank in state, i would say it's a bit difficult to get cse in coep and vjti as the seats are very less in this category and no one could predict exactly if you will get or not as there are different number of candidates from this category who apply in this category.

I am providing you the link for coep and vjti for more information regarding cut off-

Hi Aspirant,

You need to give MHT CET in order to get into College of engineering since the college intakes students through the rank scored in that exam. For the last few years the cutoff for getting into this college is about 170 for general cutoff by score. So this is the cutoff for last year and it remains almost same for last few years.

Hope it helps!!

Hi Aspirant,

The college of engineering is a good choice since the college is really good in all perspectives. The college assures over 98% placements in CS AND IT branches and almost 70% placements in civil, mechanical and other such branches. This college has fantastic infrastructure with wifi facilities and highly modernised labs and classroom. Moreover the faculty members are way too good, helpful and all are Phd degree holders. So it is a good choice as a college to study.

Hope it helps!!

Hi Aspirant,

If you are talking of infrastructure both the college are equally good in terms of infrastructure and other modern facilitites. However Amity Noida is slightly better in terms of infrastructure because the college has large campus, fully AC classrooms and has many famous brands like Starbucks in canteen along with gym facilitites.Playground and classrooms are well maintained.

Hope it helps!!

Hello,

Yes, JEE Main score is considered for admission in to Engineering in College of Engineering, Pune for All India Candidature Candidates. Preference is given to the candidates who have valid JEE Main score over MHT CET score. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical or Vocational subjects and must score minimum 50 % marks and minimum 45 % marks for candidates belonging to Backward categories and PWD (Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) altogether in the above mentioned subjects.

Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about what marks do you need in jee mains for admission in coep college considering you as general category student.

I would like to tell that we cannot the predict the accurate marks which is needed to score in jee mains to take admission but as per my calculations a score 150 out of 300 would be a decent score to get admitted.

Hello student

Choice filling is done in first round of counselling in mhtcet which is also included with seat allotment procedure. Choice filling not only depend upon the caste and category of the student but also depends upon the merit and availability of seats. E w s candidates will enjoy 5% of the seat availability for them. The   tuition fee waiver scheme(TFWS) candidates will also enjoy 5% reservation the seat availability of the student only belongs to the state of Maharashtra and eligible candidate.

Hope this helps.

Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the whether you can apply through open ,EWS, and the other category and considering you will be doing it multiple times.

I would like to tell you that kindly dont these kind of things as your application would be sure shot cancelled.

Hello Aspirant,

On such rank and category it's little difficult to get seat in COEP Pune through MHT CET Counselling because if we go through last year's data then it shows that last year the closing rank for COEP Pune was 673 for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.

You can check out previous year's cut-off from the link given below :-

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your percentile and category you can use MHT CET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
