Hello
Since you do not have the domicile of Maharashtra you fall under All India Candidature. In All India Candidature - The allotment to the engineering seats shall be done through CAP on the basis of score of JEE (Main)Paper I score and then if the seats remains vacant, on the basis of MHT-CET score.
After writing any of the two or both of the exams apply on DTE for CAP counselling and admission. However you will be eligible for only the private colleges in Maharashtra as you do not have the domicile (except the ones that give admission on basis of JEE Mains).
For more details you can check

Hello
In coep 1/3 rd of the 15% sanctioned seats are reserved for CIWGC in each discipline and remaining 2/3rd of the seats are reserved for nri , oci , pio , fn . Out of this 5% of sanctioned intake are reserved for nri category. So the nri reservation is available.
Hope my answer will help you

Hello. the median salary package for your mentioned courses is 3.3 lakhs, 6 lakhs and 3 lakhs respectively. Both the campus drive for VIT and VIIT happens in VIT itself. As far as UPSC preparation is considered you are expected to adjust to the busy schedule in between your academic works and to devise a weekly target and try to accomplish it. VIT and VIIT both has a competitive cell which provides guidance to the aspirants. While all the three institutes hosts a wide library you can make use of the resources for our preparation in a peaceful environment.
Best wishes.

Hello Aspirant,
See there is no 100% accurate method to calculate rank from percentile but if we go through previous years trends than on such percentile your rank is expected in the range of 19,001 – 32,000. Note that this is not your exact rank because it might have slight variations to the actual rank.
You can check out complete details about Percentile Vs Rank and cut-off for different colleges in MHT CET from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff
On such rank and category it's quite difficult to get seat in CoE, Pune through MHT CET Counselling because if we go through last year's data then it shows that last year the closing rank for CoE, Pune was 12011 for B.Tech Metallurgical Engineering for SC category.
You can check out previous year's cut-off from the link given below :-
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your percentile and category you can use MHT CET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

I hope this information helps you.

I suggest you to choose your interest like if you are really interested for pursuing computer science go for that. The career scope as well as placement opportunity is great in computer science.
Also If the branch doesn't matter for you than no doubt choose COEP. it's a great college.
Hope this helps!
Good luck!

Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.
The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
The College of Engineering Pune is very prestigious for its impressive infrastructure, which basically enhances the student experience on the campus. Classrooms are also well equipped with the Projectors, digital learning tools and also are very spacious.
