sorry to say , you can not get admission through jee main exam score in college of engineering pune,  College of Engineering, Pune is a Government engineering college of Maharashtra and  admission is done  through MHT CET entrance exam.

Yes, student of any state can apply for Maharashtra CET though he/she doesn't belong to that state. Just they have to satisfy the eligibility conditions.
