With a 6015 rank in IPU CET BBA and Delhi quota, getting admission in the top IPU colleges like Maharaja Agrasen, VIPS, or SSCBS is difficult as their cutoffs are usually under 2000 for Delhi students. However, you still have a chance in good colleges like Rukmini Devi Institute, JIMS Kalkaji, Trinity, or Tecnia. These colleges are decent in terms of faculty and placements. At 4 lakh rank in CRL and 1.5 lakh rank in OBC in Delhi region (home state quota), opportunities for securing admission in IITs via JEE Main are low, particularly in GGSIPU (IPU) for B.Tech courses such as CSE, IT, or ECE, where cutoffs in Delhi usually remain below 80,000–1,00,000 for OBC candidates. But you can still find a seat in less in-demand branches (such as Mechanical, Civil, or recently introduced specializations) in IPU-affiliated colleges like:

• Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT)
• HMR Institute of Technology & Management
• Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) – less probable but possible in spot round
• Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies

Monitor spot rounds and management quota choices. Also look at private colleges or state counseling in neighboring states with lower closing ranks.
